Mate, from the start I would set the balance - don't sell your bike for household goodies - if she has a car, use that and sell the Mazda. One car and one bike should more than suffice. Don't pick up all the tabs from the start - things should be equal - she is getting a deal, and has to contribute or else the precedent is set, but best wishes mate!

Good prices, just please think with the right head mate, under no circumstances have your savings in an account she knows about, have a side account that bulk of your cash is in, I assure you they have one. If you are selling your assets to fund your lifestyle change, it is a concern you are an adult and you will do what you want, just be careful, I have lived here 13 years and seen 100's of people do the exact same thing you are doing you have never dated a Thai woman before, they view you differently, they are terrific and we can be really happy, I am not saying it is a bad thing, I think Thai's are awesome , but never forget we are seen as ATM's with a penis, and if it breaks up, everything you have bought will be hers and her brothers, cousins, friends , thai police will be on her side.
Just be guarded is what I am trying to say, I am seen so many expats lose their hearts, minds and ultimately possessions and money over women seemed awesome for the first 6 months, Keep a record of what you have paid for and tell me I am wrong in 6 months and do a 6 month video on costs since moving in together...that noodle soup looks great though

It’s great to see you both so happy. I think you have made great choice in Sue. Hard to find a great Thai girl in Pattaya. I found one over 10 years ago. We have been married for 8 years and currently live in Australia but will be moving to Thailand in 18 months time as we own a Condo at Panora in Pratumnak. My Thai wife is obsessed with robot vacuums we have brought like 3 of them and one does vacuum and mopping and even self emptys, but soon you will find out Thai long hair is a curse to those vacuum especially if it uses a roller as you will spend your weekends getting the hair out of the roller! I have a question related to an earlier video about cars with or without CVT, looks some models can come with both CVT and 'real' automatic gearboxes for the same year, how can you tell ?

In terms of CVT or a traditional auto in certain models, it’s really only the Honda Jazz that I can think of, the model/shape around 2013 has a traditional 5 speed automatic but every other model before or after is CVT, probably just google the brand/model you like 👍
Good luck with the moving it is always stressful, regards the microwave have you considered a stainless steel convection oven takes a little longer not much but a lot better for you.

I don’t know about you but in the past when doing the kind of shopping you are doing as in house and appliances I start off the night before all positive full of hope but within 10 minutes of being in the shop I bloody loose the plot and all plans go out the window! ,,,, like I’m spending too much , what you want the better one ,, gees I’ve got to put this together and bloody hell also carry to car !!
