Hi Jason, both condos are beautiful. The gym was really nice and the view from the pool was outstanding. This place is top notch. The walk around at the beginning had that island vibe going. What a wicked location! haha have a good day mate and stay healthy.

It was silent while we were there but not sure about the noise overnight but it is a quality building 👍

Argh!!! You and Manu have spoiled me and caused me to fall in love with Elegance condo complex! But prices a bit high there ... I still like that 1bd bedroom for sale though plus that other larger 1bd you profiled for rent at 25k/mo. Hopefully the stars align for me next year financially when I make the move to Pattaya and I can afford to live in one of these spacious 1 bedroooms.

The 3 bed has been for sale for absolutely ages. I went to view it and was told I could offer 15 million. The common fees work out at insane amounts for the larger units. It’s 40 baht/sqm but at 180 sqm that’s 7,200 baht.I am not sure where that money goes but it can’t cost that much to keep common areas when there’s 100s of other units also paying the same.

Where are you guys getting all of this money? It like yall move in and drive these prices up. We are getting to the point of not being able to live anywhere that fits our budget. Here in the PI, it's the same thing.
Been here nearly two years and the prices haven’t really changed but yeah all us CZcamsrs promoting affordable living might be impacting but there is an oversupply of properties so I can’t see much changing in the foreseeable future 👍
Offer 50% of what they ask, thousands of empty properties making zero money for anyone, there will be some people out there willing to deal.

Older buildings and yes 10+ years ago they would have built them for ฿50-60,000 /sqm
The asking price is a joke!! But then again, you can ask whatever you like. What it actually sells for (if it sells) will be a different story.

Plus, the realestate sales people here are rogues!! There is no such thing as a Building Inspector nor a cooling off period…. Absolutely no protection for the buyer. Yes, they do polish turds and hide electrical and plumbing issues!!
