yeah, it started as an English company, then became an Indian company. I got into it and looked up the history of the company. if you are talking about when I was speaking to the gentleman, he cut me off. I then told him the whole history, I just edited it out of the video. thanks

I have 2 Himalayans 2018 and 2019 have ridden the scram only difference 19 inch front wheel, have have 20,000 miles on both my bikes no issues so far. The shop I work at has 500 to 1000 off on any royal Enfield, I ride from Texas to Utah and farther cruise at 65 to 70mph not fast but a great bike in the dirt avg 60 mpg fully loaded. Waiting for the new 452 Himalayan but will keep one of my older Himalayan. Great deal for the money. SJ

That’s great feedback man, thanks! I’d love to be on of those long cruises right now!

I have one in Colombia and have grown to hate it. It has terrible handling on long curvy roads. My bike is basically brand new and everything is in order and it gets weird speed wobble in mountain twisties.. I read a review on a website where they mentioned the same thing so I knew it wasn’t me. The suspension is too soft in the rear. The gearing is good for flat roads but in the mountains you will need to change the gearing. It has absolutely no power. Can’t even pop the wheel up with a clutch up in first.. that’s mind boggling. The super obnoxious ticking sound coming from the motor when it’s under heavy load drives me nuts. Besides that it looks great and gets me around just fine, but I would have chosen another bike if given another chance.

Can you tell me what the seat height is? I'm 5'7 and like to be able to flat foot a bike, especially at a stop light. Thanks!
