    I use natural soap and organic joba joba oil. I am 74 years old and I have never really been conscious about aging 😉. I consider each day the Lord allows me to grow older is a blessing. Aging never bothers me, because I know that I will one day have a beautiful new body as I live eternally with Christ. ❤🙏🏼😉

    You look stunning, Maria and I'm sure your health is stunning on the inside of you too. I just wish someone would have informed the rest of us that the high carb / low fat way of eating was the exact opposite of what was really required for good health inside and out.       Castor oil is so thick and sticky. Do you use it like that on your face? Maybe I should thin it out with olive oil

    Thank you for sharing because I tried doing the Keto baking and realized it kept me fromlosing weight and actually gained weight, now I unerstand why!. I was carnivire, but never lost weight, until I went to 20 hour fastening. I did it and lost about 20 of the 30 lbs I needed to lose, but I have now stopped that trying to find a way to to eat healthy lose weight to my goal and too have some of the things I see you guys make and not gain back my weight!

    Good reminder about not overdoing nuts. I make occasional almond bread too, maybe I eat a piece now and then, but I can see how it would be easy to possibly overdo it.
    I've lost 40 lbs, feel great. The journey started in Oct 2023 after a bladder cancer surgery. My Doc is not supportive of keto, but fortunately, I am learning from many brilliant Dr's and those in scientific community, teaching me about metabolic health, ketone, mitochondria etc.😊 Looks like you're on Kam3 Beach, ?( I use to own at kihei kai nani) ❤Kihei.

    Where I live most cafes etc don’t know the difference between dairy spreads and real butter, they’d fry your eggs in a dairy spread.

    Yes I agree on nuts. I lost 92lb and in the past year I was eating more nuts and have gained 11lb and feel my pants getting tight. I have gotten the nuts out of my house. I am doing a restart. I try to stick with real whole foods. I make my own Mayo and dressings. If I go to a restaurant I always ask them to cook in butter. Great video!!

    Wonderful vd once again Maria. I love that out of your hard times (and Craigs) that you figured out what is important in life and to stay humble & grounded. Most people in this world sadly will never learn these simple lessons in their life time.
    Yes, please show us your anti-age procedures. I only use coconut oil, castor oil and vitamin E oil on my skin and good quality soap. My Great Aunt lived till 104. She have the most beautiful skin legs.arms & face. She put on Vitamin E lotion on her skin her whole life. My Grandmother from my other side also used Vitamin E oil for everything = great skin, sun burn etc.

      They probably used vit E from wheat germ oil. Now it's mostly soybean oil. I really like a good olive oil for skin. Olive oil has some natural vit E if you can get the good kind.

    Looking beautiful Maria… I am over 66 and don’t use any skin care.. people always compliment me on how youthful my skin is… I use a cheap tinted moisturiser but only when I go out. Never had a facial as can’t stand people touching my face or hair… haven’t been to a hairdresser for 7yrs!! I cut it myself. I make rosemary tea for my hair and brush it to get the natural oils and dry it naturally. I never go into the sun without a hat and have no sun spots or freckles on my hand and they don’t look old. I think hands and necks can give away our age more than the face. So much skin care is poison in my opinion. The sun can cause a lot of harm too. No matter what, look after your mental health and sleep well helps us to stay young. ❤

    I want to thank you sooo much for your videos. I have tried to get my mother to understand and she just would not listen. Not to get political but she is a hardcore feminist and if a man says anything she won't listen, not even her own son, but if a woman says it then she will listen. Was trying to get her to understand how bad things were for her like almonds and almond flour and all these chemical carb substitutes and sugars. FINALLY got her to watch your content and use your recipes. She tried it out and its working. Of course her ego won't let her thank me but it doesn't matter. Your videos got through to her where I couldn't and her healing process can begin. She has drastically reduced gastric problems already. Thank you again Maria.

    Agree my whole diet is basically protein but always has been, I also run 6-7 miles a day. I always eat a cup of yogurt with blueberries before I run and I could run all day lol.

    I'm carnivore and have zero carbs started 1/10/2024 at 205lbs, 5'7" tall, 52 years old and still feel sluggish, will not weigh until after 6 months or later, I used to obsess over the scale so I'm focusing on how I feel and getting settled in my new eating. I eat at 11am or 12:30, then dinner at 5:30pm, eat mostly 80/20 burger patties (3 of them) first meal, dinner, 2 patties with 10 medium shrimp, or have a steak on pork chops of not rating burger patties. Eat brown butter bites during the day to help with energy slumps. Also getting over covid, before that happened I had more energy at least to walk daily. I'm also a caretaker so stress can be high. I'll try LMNT again, bought it and didn't like the sweet afraid it would trigger me. Will drink the unflavored one. Any advice for the energy? I did 2 days of PSMF with sardines and burger partties.

    For me its about keeping my sugers low l became a dietbetic. Wow its scary l eat alot of protin just to live makes me so sad..but l do what l have to do to be heathy and not to take meds l love your sparing bread. Thanks❤❤

    Maria, I love your channel♡ I told my mom about you and she bought all your books. Shes in her 70s and she finally lost that pesky 15 pounds she's been yo-yoing for years for good. She says now she EATS and feels satisfied without feeling like shes always on a diet restricting, or breaking a diet and feeling guilty.     My skin routine is I do not wash with any kind of soap or body wash. For over 15 years I have used only organic virgin coconut oil. Then I apply all over my damp skin a mixture of organic cold pressed hexane
    free castor oil mixed with hylauronic acid and methylene
    blue. I also listen to 528 hertz deep healing and reverse aging music nightly. The human body is all about frequency. I just had my 70th birthday and no one ever guesses my true age

    I've been clean keto 5 yrs and take electrolytes often. Any other ideas why legs hurt half way up the stairs?

      You could still be low on electrolytes. Everyone’s needs are different and I recommend adjusting dosages based on symptoms 🙏

    what is the deal with gluconeogenesis? When I eat higher protein and lower fat (I'm 24% body fat and breastfeeding) my glucose will hit as high as 165. Is that something to worry about?

    I’m looking for a little advice. I started carnivore Jan 1. I’m down 22.5 lbs but I a wisdom tooth pulled that turned into a major ordeal. Is a diet of sugar free dairy or Kiefer my only options? I have some sf pro-stat that I’ve added to some plain gelatin and water to at least give me some protein but I don’t know what else to and I’m not a smoothie kind of person. Any suggestions?

      it’s her choice and i respect it but i eat like her and just did my tests all my vitamines and minerals are above average and i don’t take a single pill so it’s not really related maybe she does that for specific reasons but personally i don’t think they do anything significant

      The only thing she suggested were electrolytes. Most electrolytes keep our heart working & some existing in every single cell. Do your research about them. Other than that no supplements at all. Meat is complete nutritionally
