gotta say there's a lot to comment on - a skillful player and artist, she gives, then reserves and gets us listeners on a ledge. Love it. She's beautiful, eclectic and artsy and without a stage backdrop or otherwise, she captivates an audience.

Wow, until I saw this video I had doubts about her guitar playing, maybe hiding behind big effects, but I was so wrong. She is masterful in every way and brings a level of performance to guitar playing we haven’t seen for years. Thanks so much Annie, my sincere apologies for ever doubting you, I’m humbled by your skill and brilliance, and maybe, secretly in love with you.
Her live KPFA in-studio concerts (2010 & 2011?) may be the purest examples of all her talents. FIND IT and float with her! Did you know her uncle is Tuck Andress of "Tuck and Patty" fame? It's in her blood. My first experience was on Austin City Limits and I may have felt as you once did... for about 10 seconds! Love came about 10 minutes later...............
Pre-Diva... laying the groundwork for things to come. She doesn't acknowledge Robert Fripp as an influence but may be channeling him never the less. Squeezing intimacy from very dissident tones, there appears to be no limit to her creativity. A musician's musician of the highest order, her live KPFA in-studio concerts (2010 & 20111?) may be the purest examples of all her talents. FIND IT and float with her!
You just see her...you listen to her, and you look at her; you observe her movements and her subtle and arbitrary and mathematical shifts; her nuances, her soft sighs, her little dances; her majestic fucking eyebrows, her "no, no," and "oh, yes" glances, and you know-she's a god. And you just want to worship her and ask for forgiveness-because it's a sin to love a god this much and with such madness. (Goddess.)
There needs to be a new word (other than fuckin Awesome) that discribes this woman's genius. I feel uber cool by association, just being a fan of hers. 👍 Like da fonz 😉
