Found u last weekend. I am 75 and we (hubby and I) do a lot of dancing especially argentina tango, but was finding my self getting winded, so I started on you dance exercises. i do my own versions but I get through each dance. I dance 4 songs, repeating the aerobics 3 times and either arms or balance at least once each day. I don’t look pretty in my dance yet, but who care it is just me and the mirror, lol Today is Friday, and I see a difference today. Hubby said I was getting thinner,this morning, in my back, this with out prompting him. But most of all my breathing is getting easier in one week. Thank U, thought this might encourage active older ladies to try u. Please don’t forget us out here in internet land.
