Jesus loves you ❤️
Best science class.Learned more in 9 mins then you’d think. Thanks for the lesson!
Thank you so much....I have been searching for clear knee anatomy explanation to the point of tears
I tore my meniscus and now I’m addicted to learning knee anatomy
How are you doing now Audrey? Do you still have meniscus pain?
Same, after tearing my ACL and MCL in my left knee 😅
@@Isabel6194my left knee Acl and LM tore..
Same✋
@@muzk2710 I had meniscus tear in 2014, and did cortison injection for it 2015 and it helped with pain back then a lot!
Now I'm still have a simple pain every while (I call it moody pain) when walking, sitting or carrying heavy things, and when I got ankle injury 2022 in same leg, my knee pain became a bit more than usually.
Just sharing✋
As someone experiencing a knee injury currently (with little prior knowledge of the knee/anatomy in general), I am so thankful for a few things you did in this video: (1) your use of images, specifically adding to the diagram as the explanation continued, (2) your explanation of latin nomenclature of which i have zero experience studying, and (3) the review at the end to synthesize the amount of information received. Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge in this video, it has helped me better understand the medical jargon i’ve received as well as my own kinesthetic awareness. Many thanks!
Hey, thanks so much for this comment! I love the specific feedback. I never know if the reviews at the end actually get used or not, so it's cool to hear that you found that part helpful!
Best of luck with the recovery!
I hope you healed well
Excellent

You are a very talented teacher. Thank you very much for this clear, concise, friendly and well-paced video. I lead a Yoga teacher training and this is the support video I'm going to recommend to accompany students' reading/practice/writing re:knee anatomy. It's detailed and yet easy to understand for students of movement who need to understand some anatomy and the impact of alignment/misalignment. Looking forward to investigating the rest of your channel. Again, thank you for sharing your knowledge and talent.
