Thank you for this review! I am enjoying this expansion immensely, but somehow every other reviewer is lukewarm about it, and I’m glad to hear that your thoughts are the same as mine!
In fact, I even started using the new negative values to play the original board. I’ve always thought that a max of -14 points per round was too steep. The new -10 per round makes much more sense.
