- 🇸🇦SAUDI ARABIA - How do you travel to Saudi Arabia? By crossing the desert, of course. I decided to take the new Oman-Saudi Arabia road that crosses the dunes of the stunning Rub al Khali desert - The Empty Quarter.
The road starts at Tanam in Ibri Wilayat and ends at the Omani border, about 160km away. On the Saudi side, it runs for 550 km before linking up with the highway leading to Riyadh.
Is Saudi Arabia safe? From eating and sleeping at petrol stations surrounded only by trucks to being totally isolated among the dunes, this was my epic experience. Let's the adventure begin.

Hi, I understand your point of view. For us westerners, at least for Italians, we associate this music to the desert because it was used in the movies. I actually wanted to put Arab music in my videos (as the ones we were listening at the radio while crossing the desert) but there’s a copyright issue so CZcamsrs can’t use all the music they like.
I’ll do a research for Arab music for my next Saudi Arabia journey hopefully in September and let’s see if I can find any with no copyright infringement issue 😊

I have never lived in the US but given the news, I agree with you 💯! What I can say that it’s better than in Italy for being helpful and generous! I really loved Saudi food and can’t wait to go back after summer and try more dishes 🤩and Saudi dates are the best in the world in my opinion

@@JohnElHanafi one thing I noticed about muslim countries, if you asked for help they will immediately help you, they also help each other a lot, while in the USA ppl don't care about each other, even if you asked someone for help they will not care, ignore you or even insult you for no reason, each person care about hisself.
@@funny1world2 Just like everywhere else in the world you are bound to find good and bad people. As an American, I’m always kind and helpful and so are my children.
The problem with our country is not its people but rather the few nut jobs who made it impossible for the rest of us to always be helpful. People are much less compassionate and less inclined to offer assistance to others when part of a group in comparison to when alone. The infamous bystander effect accounts for ignoring the pleas of others in a crowd. I hope this will make sense to you and not stop you from visiting our country because it truly is ONE OF A KIND and I love it very much!

Very nice people. Very generous. Very helpful and their Police are very polite and respectful.
I advise you all to visit and grow your family if you have any chance to get a permanent Visa.

I live in Saudi and I can confirm that bc almost every restaurant I've gone to has given me free desert and the police are VERY nice

I was thinking "This is the easiest border crossing ever!" then I heard the price 😂. Definitely worth it though, the desert is so beautiful and with that music, I felt like inside Aladin! 😍I love how you make friends with everyone, even on a random restaurant with one table in the middle of nowhere 😂

@@toohappytobehomesick I totally agree. Group tours are not the real experience. But I highly suggest next time to connect ahead with couple of locales who are well aware of the area, and see where everyone hangout away from the tourisim places and the industrial works join the subrbus and life of the Saudi people. Also I noteced the times you guys usually hangout are the opposite of the locales that part you always miss. Your doing great and honestly you are showing even the Saudis a new side of their country to mingle and connect with all type of classes in their country. Keep smiling and keep the beautiful soul always high and happy.
