I lived for years in Europe and I have been in Saudi Arabia; one thing that I have noticed is(that the markets generally) is more open and diverse you see more product options.

Jeddah is a night city. weather is hot 8 months a year so people go out after/around sun set.
So, you will find many many indoor attractions, and Giant Malls are everywhere. Those malls are small villages with everything you wish to find.. shopping centes, game areas for kids, restaurants, coffee shops, ..etc.,
It makes sense! It was humid and hot, we also enjoyed more after sunset 😀

My pleasure! Actually I’ve been told I didn’t have to wear the abaya anymore while in Saudi Arabia but I didn’t see anyone not wearing it so I felt uncomfortable without it. I think it’s important to respect the local culture whenever we go. We are guests after all 😊
At Ramadan, I saw a Chinese female tourist put on short at this mall! Actually, I was offended and didn't like especially, it was the holy month of Ramadan.

A very useful advice i can give you as someone who uses a lot of transportation apps is to use the application Bolt it has a green icon it's sooo cheap and affordable rides are like 17 riyals like around 5 US dollars OMG i use it all the time sometimes daily
