This year McDonald's made reusable dishes in France to reduce plastic waste. Single-use plastic is a major contributor to environmental pollution.
I think McDonald's is taking a responsible approach. Also France has taken significant steps towards reducing plastic waste.
It's positive move to promote sustainability and reducing environmental impact💙

Yes, you're right, I saw they have chips on the dishes, but I'm not sure if they prevent theft
