They were still able to think and do stuff and it was seen to be curable without a recovery center. I highly doubt the recovery center would have recovered the undead that were still walking around. thus those are all debatable deaths thus not counted.

Second death: Teardrop did it to herself, she wanted to scare Black hole and stand right in front of him, because she knew he was trying to prevent death, but she tripped and fell into the Black hole herself. Third: Black hole tried to save Tree. Tree himself told him to suck him up to save him but his leaves fell into the Black hole, but it was Fanny's fault, cause she called Pillow. Fourth: Black hole didn't knew The Snowball was Snowball himself. Bonus Fifth: Black hole was threatened by Flower, he tried to help her but he didn't saw the jar's head opened
