i still think its a scam
Thanks for listening and providing feedback!
@@IBCGlobalInc lmao shut up
Itâs not hard to understand if you think of it like a savings account instead of an âinvestmentâ. Itâs a safe place to store cash with a better rate of interest then any bank with an added bonus of a death benefit. Over the long haul parking money in these and borrowing against the value like a HELOC to invest in other assets this is a powerful strategy. Every dollar I invest now first gets put into a policy then borrowed against to acquire another cash flowing asset.
Who has 100.000 in there bank account I can't even save maybe 1000
Thanks for the comment. Below is a video that demonstrates smaller policies.

What are your thoughts on doing a limited pay policy, like 5-10 years.
Huge fan personally. Below is a video that demonstrates a policy funded for 5 years. Shows the Guaranteed Cash Value, Dividend, and Indexed Whole Life.

Im curious how to do the 90/10 split without it M.E.C.-ing out. I'm new to insurance but i've tried to do this with a few different carriers & i add the term rider nonetheless it always still mecs or doesn't have any significant growth???
Good question. We actually have an agent training program that teaches agents how to design these policies and forecast if/when a MEC will ever occur. I've included a links below.

Iâm sure it is a scam, especially in todayâs market
It can be depending on the design. The video provides an example.
Great content! When I was financially illiterate I was sold an 80-20 PWLI, and I am currently in the ninth year of the policy. Is there a way modify the policy to have the same annual premium, and restructure the PWLI to a 10-90 PWLI without having to start over using a 1035 exchange? Thanks!
You already answered my question in a previous video! Again, Great content! czcams.com/video/e3Y_NC8OiHg/video.html
Thanks for the comment! Let us know how it goes with your policy change. Not all agents are familiar with this process.
@@IBCGlobalInc So I talked to my life ins agent about my options to reduce my annual premium, and s/he said since I've already gotten this far in the PWLI s/he did not recommend changing the policy at all. I mentioned, well, if I'm going to keep this policy, then what do you suggest? S/he said if I want to make the policy more efficient to add more cash to the PUAs to make it an 20-80 rather than 80-20 as it is now... Not what I expected. Their recommendation was also that each individual should contribute up to 5% of their gross income into PWLI.
Hi mana love dde thank you for t to
I feel the 10/90 split works best for investors looking to utilize the cash value. When I first learned about Whole Life and the "Rich" using it for generational wealth planning (now more than 40 years ago), I can imagine they used the more "traditional" policies. I am wondering who sees value in the more traditional policies in today's market?
Also, I think people need to remember first this is an insurance product.
Agree in all areas. Traditional policies have certainly been used, but cash rich policies have been around. They were used heavily back in the 80's, which eventually led to the MEC law being introduced. We've found that the higher the cash value, the higher the long-term death benefit will be.

What would the numbers look like for the 40/60 & 50/50 splits by doing a reduced paid-up at the break-even years compared to the 10/90 as is?
Good question. We actually did some videos recently that compare different splits. I've included them below.

I think.. it would be awesome for you and say James Neathery and/or Ryan Griggs to get together and do an episode about 10/90 split.
I like both of you but both of you have such differing thoughts.
Thanks for the comment Johnathon! We're open to the idea of a conversation with anyone!
I've talked to Ryan, and it was just nebulous FUD with no specifics. I even sent him my 10/90 policies to review and his response was for me to keep them.
