Great vid. I enjoy your commentary on the shorter vids/submissions, but this was way more informative for newish pvp players like me.
kingdra could have breaking swipe and scald, but what would that typing cause to the meta? Charm everywhere again. If we're talking buffs, maybe a water type that has no coverage to grass and electric, notice how Lanturn single handled brought the grass type back, even more than the mudbois.
If we want to buff bug types for example, buffing them and dark would be great, because buffing select darks also buffs fighting types and having these 2 more in the meta buffs bug even more. Then again, select ones, like, not dark/poison or dark/steel ones

I think it partially has a lot to do with your sports background paired with your celebrity status within the community. There's a lot that goes into competing at a high lvl but if someone has never understood a hard fought loss (both physically and mentally) they might not have that empathy you expect. It is pokemon go so I know it's about being active but being on sports teams ur whole life can have an affect on u. Ik bc I begrudgingly admit I definitely take gaming too seriously sometimes.
Not to be harsh because ik you're playing very skilled battlers but if someone's only experience with losing is on a virtual game they might not view the nature of competition in the same way. One thing I've appreciated about sports is you inadvertently learn about camaraderie. I can honestly say I appreciate having that trait in my adult life

This game is a flip a coin type of game, if you are lucky enough you will have good alignment. But I havent heard Reis saying he has “skills” im pretty sure he knows this game has a low ceiling in skills.
