You have CZcams channel it's amazing love your sound since long time ! 🤍
Bro, you make it so easy to understand! Ty! looking forward to future videos
Glad to hear it!
I went straight to your soundcloud and was not disappointed, great vid and much thanks!
Love this man!!
Great tutorial! 👍 Thanks for sharing the magic tricks!
Glad you liked it!
The way you deliver content is great. Not many people explain the WHY. Why do you add a shorter release on drum compression etc. A lot of CZcamsrs and artists just say "Add shorter release on the compressor", but why you actually do that is important to learn, so huge props for this!
Great video , learned a few things, Thank you bro.
More on the way!
Never heard your music before but I really liked this video so I'm hoping you continue to grow and make more videos on this channel
So glad you connected with it! Bunch more coming where that came from!!
Thanks to YT for suggesting me your channel! Great start and super useful tutorial. Keep going. I'll follow!
Appreciate it!! Bunch more coming!!
Not familiar with you or your work but from this tut I can tell your stuff is worth checking out. Looking forward to more content from you and thank you for sharing some knowledge. 🖤
Thanks Bro please keep them coming, A1 tutorial.
Will do bro!!!
Excellent mate! Well thought out and coherent content, well delivered and nicely edited (although the intermittent highpass on your voiceover was an interesting choice 🙂) I was already familiar with a lot of these techniques but you made this interesting enough for me to watch the whole thing through, and the fact that you care about your grooves so much shone through with this beat. It's a groove. Cheers
Ayye thanks so much Leo!! Really appreciate feedback like this!! And yessss a new microphone is first up on the shopping list - the current one gets loose sometimes and thus the high passed signal :(
yes!!!
Thank you sir🫶🫶🫶🫶
lets go!
i watched this tutorial and immediately was called to play edc next year. 10/10 recommend
Wow, best testimony ever
Sick 🔥
You are a legend for this amazing tutorial! Great tips! The minimeter plugin is an amazing tool Would love to see a tutorial on how you make those high octane thumping bass
I feel like a whole series of videos on Kicks and Basses are needed 😈
New subscriber here. Great video. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. ✌️
Thnx a lot.
Great tutorial! How do you view the waveform and all the data on the top like that?
bro cual es el programa que tenes en la parte supeior de la pantalla? gracias
Yoooo! Thanks for letting us in! Fremont from Cosmic told me about your channel. Stoked!
Great 👍👍👍
Thanks a lot for this tutorial buddy !! Question, what is the name of the app or plug in you use to see the spectrum/audio vision while you are producing ? Have a good day or night, take care mate!
Love ya bud
Great vid!! Could you do one explaining the way you've organized your plugins, instruments, and effects tabs you have color coded in the top left?
Definitely can touch on that! I honestly need to be a litter better and more organized in using those haha
Bro thanks for this cool asf tutorial!! Can I ask you how do you show these crazy soundwave and frequency spectrum on the top of your screen? Keep it up bro!!!
It's called Mini Meters :)
str8 gas
great vid bro, how did you get the waveform on top of Ableton? what app is that?
Whats the thing you were using above your head
How did you get all the audio info on top of your ableton is it a plug in?
How do you get that RGB wave form at the top of the video ?? 1:21
What plug in are you using to see the waveform at the top of the screen?? I’ve been trying to find it😢
Where's the LFO plugin from?
great tutorial, loads of great tips, what is the wave from visualiser at the top of your screen, been looking for something like this, looks like the traktor waveforems
It’s called Minimeters! Def worth the $10!
Dude your drums SLAP. I would drag my balls through glass to see a track breakdown of hit the dancefloor.
Sir let’s not get to drastic here. Save your genitals however I’ll try to make that happen!
Hell yeah. I'm gonna hit up your site for a one on one too as soon as I have something new in the works. Keep the tunes coming.
Do you sidechain drum bus to the kick to duck when kick is playing?
Very rarely!! If I do it would be subtle. However sometimes this is more common with techno and hardgroove. Even then tho, it wouldn’t be extreme amounts of sidechain, just a bit to create the pumping effect.
i don't know if anyone is gonna read this because this video is from a year ago but I am having an issue that I can't figure out no matter how much I trouble shoot. I am following the step where I freeze and flatten the clap track with the ping pong delay and I did it exactly and after I freeze and flatten, the delay effect is no longer there and its just the clap.
Cool video. I liked the 4/4 beat already from the start of watching.
And sure, this is not a DAW discussion, but man I'm constantly baffled by the fact that many people are using Ableton. I'm a Cubase user and I find myself constantly shaking my head and raising my one eyebrow... Anyway, it's the cook, not the kitchen, right.
You have absolutely top tier drums let's go give us your secrets.
I’m gonna be doing a ton more drum videos where that came from!
Great video! Which meter is being used at the top?
It’s called Minimeters!
What tools are you using on top of the ableton screen? I mean the stereo imager, eq etc
Minimeters!!
What is that displaying the music on the top bar? That is so great! Greetings from Uruguay
Minimeters!
@@CloverdaleStudio Thanks so much! Really awesome content!
Awesome tutorial. Thank you! Would you mind sharing what you are using to see the audio waveforms that are at the top of the video?
Stoked you dig man! The plug-in in called Minimeters!
@@CloverdaleStudio Thanks brotha!! Def grabbing this plugin
What's the visualizer on the top of the screen
Minimeters!
What is the name of this metering plug-in?
That what I was looking for)
Minimeters!
🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐
Great video! I've learned a lot about drum fill theory, like and sub. One question, how did you get that real time Serato visual on the very top of the video?
It’s a plug-in called Minimeters!
@@CloverdaleStudio Thank you, and the content is amazing as always!
#LFG!
I need a better sample source as so many sample packs are just filtered drums from other released tracks. I need my drums to hit otherwise the track is weak in my view. I don't like how my drums sound but I can't say what is wrong with them
i hate being on FL rn LOL all jokes aside great tutorial homie
Hahahahah as a former FL user, I’ve been there before haha luckily most high level concepts can be applied to any daw!
me just finding out you can quantize audio clips bruh had no idea they added that
