Massa, you have done wonderfully well on this building and should be very proud of yourself for all the efforts. You and your wife did an awesome job having to sacrifice so much to put up this beautiful house . I love the family crest and it is unique and stands out like a sore thump. Thanks for sharing your journey and letting us learn from it. I know every 3 or four bedroom house in Ghana is loosely called a mansion but this is a mansion by a higher standard in Ghana. In my knowledge, most mansions start with 5 or 6 bedrooms and just as many bathrooms and yours qualifies for this, don’t sell yourself short.
With regard to the artisans we choose, sometimes some recommendations do not work out for some people. They’ll do the job very well but their attitudes will NOT match what you may consider good to keep as a friend or part of the family. And there are some that will fit like a glove and you immediately want to keep around and recommend to other friends. I found my electrician on someone’s channel and the person recommended him and the POP guy. The electrician was perfect and ended up recommending my AC guy and they tiler and they both did wonderfully well for me but when I called upon the POP guy, I realized he was trying to be lazy with some of the designs I selected. He was making up stories just to come and start without the designs I selected. So we parted ways and I got a different one to do it.
How is your pig farm coming? I pray you’re making great strides there too. We need to do our barest minimum to help Ghana grow and every small business helps. Good day my brother!
