Bright steel ring has been nerfed and renamed as "Dull steel ring". Instead of giving you the fastest possible roll it reduces evade roll by 1 weight class. Still 15 world bosses killed as a requirement.
I have rusted "Navigator's Pendant " and it;s : 20 Health, 20 Stamina aned 15 Encumbrance :), also try " DULL STEEL RING , it lower your weight class by one :)
