Bright steel ring has been nerfed and renamed as "Dull steel ring". Instead of giving you the fastest possible roll it reduces evade roll by 1 weight class. Still 15 world bosses killed as a requirement.

I remember back like seven or so years ago back on the xbox 360 days, GTAV Online had a Halloween theme update when it released some cool stuff like the black and white and skin colored skull masks and both the hot rod Vehicle with the front of the vehicle having the front engine sticking out with the metal pipes and there was a gothic Motorbike like a harley but the metal wheels had like a metal spider design and I think if memory serves me correctly, the hot rod had a flames detail skin on it. and the black hearse seen in this video actually had a coffin in the back with a dead guy in a suit hanging out of the coffin with the back door slightly open. I think you had to crash into a wall or a car in order for the dead guy to be hanging out the back of the vehicle. Although I don't believe in laughing at dead people, it was fun zooming about in the hearse scaring the passing AI characters. I had all three Halloween vehicles but I've since transferred my account over to the newer xbox and now them vehicles are no longer listed. I remember also going to bennys customs car garage and you could customize the dashboard of the vehicles. You could have like that Hawaiian girl dancing thing or a skull that would rock its head. I hate that these cool features are gone now. Especially considering it is now October aka spooky season as I prefer to call it, and there is nothing Halloween featured in the game to celebrate the once a year special month! I really hope it isn't because of these Trans gendered bloody people with their pathetic pro nouns nonsense, I hope it isn't because of them we can't celebrate the time of year that's actually fun! They can be petty and call themselves whatever am not interested, what I am bothered about is having something ruined just they wanna act like they intitled, if it's not cause of them then fair enough, I understand they may get offended at my comment but they get offended by everything! You can eat a sandwich and they would be like, ohhh you can't eat that! It's the wrong shaped bread ffs 😑 anyway my point of my whole comment (and yes I tend to write a lot. No one is forcing you to read my comment) but the point is, I miss my vehicles. I saved up the in game coins I had and purchased them in game. Thank gawd I didn't spend actual money!! But it's such a slap in the face Rockstar removed them items. I miss having them, I was looking forward to driving them around in GTA again after all these years later! Now it just feels Rockstar don't care anymore. It's lost it's magical aura, like when they added them after the game got released it was like they was adding cool items that were meaningful. Now to have them stripped away, it's like there's a lost sense like just makes the game feel like theres somthing missing. ....which there is something missing, the vehicles obviously lol, but I mean I'm trying to still enjoy the game just cause of this. I don't enjoy it as much as I did back then. The game used to be a lot fun especially when my best mate used to come online. But now he lost interest and faded away. And I'm left doing the missions solo and the game is just such a demanding grind now more than ever with its expensive fast cars. Experience boats, expensive aircraft, expensive hanger airbase, auto shops, bunkers, casinos, just takes forever to get everything unless you're like a crafty sod and cheat! And I darent cheat cause I don't want to risk getting banned!! I just hope They don't mess up GTA6. They need to take a lot of things into consideration. I will spare you what exactly as this has already been a lot for you to read and a lot for me to write. And well done if you read all this thank you. But removing content that does give people like myself as well others a lot of joy, it shouldn't be done. Please don't mess up GTA6 Rockstar!

Maybe you can help. I’m working on the second ribbon. I’ve turned the dial to the Sun side. But the sky in the court yard looked dark, so I didn’t grab it. I switched to dark side to check. Sure enough, the sky off the courtyard with the ribbon always looks the same. I don’t want to grab another silver ribbon. Does the sky change colors for the day? If yes, why isn’t it working? (I haven’t killed the boss yet. Would that effect it?)

Dude has a whole section in the video on how to find the plain ribbon and only shows the body where he found it and inspects the ribbon. Literally doesn't show how to get it

There’s some misinformation in this video. It doesn’t matter which “world” you’re in, light or dark. In fact even if you change the “world” and re zone back to the dungeon the statues are in, it will change it back to whatever the default was. The actual locations are as follows: To receive the Golden Ribbon - If The Statue Event is present in Gilded Chambers or Council Chamber To receive the Silver Ribbon - If The Statue Event is present in Shattered Gallery or The Great Hall

i really cant find the silver ribbon. If i chance the map to dark, the door is gone to that dungeon with the statue

I got the Silver Ribbon, I'm assuming light or dark world only matters for that particular dungeon if you can confirm. So look up at the sky when outdoor to check. Also, I got the silver ribbon. So do I now have to re-roll the adventure to try and get the golden one?

My issue with this quest is once me and a friend placed it and then did the boss I had forgotten where the statue was and I still can't find where the statue is

leave the dungeon and re-enter again (if you are in light world you will get the golden ribbon, dark world=silver ribbon).
