      @@PastrybyIoan Sunt cred mai multe dimensiuni si ce vad la dv este ideala pt jeleul de mere .In tara nu am gasit nincaieri ......doar semisfere

      @@PastrybyIoan Va rog sa-mi spuneti daca , caramelul il lasati la temp. camerei pana sa-l incorporati in frisca batuta sau il puneti cald .Eu l-am lasat la temp camerei dar se coaguleaza rapid si nu reusesc sa completez uniform forma de mere . V-as recomanda pt mere cand le puneti la inghetat sa dati congeletorul la min 20 grade ....se vor desprinde mult mai bine .

      200bloom powder 1 part gelatine 6 parts water, or gold gelatine leaf

    Great recipe! I tried to make croissants watching your video, and they were fine for the first time, but I had difficulty because I don't have kitchen robot, so I had to do all manually. I think I will get kitchen robot for my birthday so I can try more stuff. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!

    May I ask, why do you cover the food with cling film?
    Also love the colour choice for your kitchen aid, I think we might be brothers.
    You may want to update your amazon tools link as all of the items are unavailable, or at least where I live.
    Lastly and this is a compliment, I hate how addictive your videos are, I've watched them several times since I stumbled over your channel a while ago.
    Maybe one day I'll try and replicate since they make me want to try as well, however I just don't have the kitchen space and having to take things out of the cupboard to get to other things constantly just really irritates me and makes me not want to bake.
