@@PastrybyIoan Va rog sa-mi spuneti daca , caramelul il lasati la temp. camerei pana sa-l incorporati in frisca batuta sau il puneti cald .Eu l-am lasat la temp camerei dar se coaguleaza rapid si nu reusesc sa completez uniform forma de mere . V-as recomanda pt mere cand le puneti la inghetat sa dati congeletorul la min 20 grade ....se vor desprinde mult mai bine .
Se combina direct, nu se lasa la racit.

You may want to update your amazon tools link as all of the items are unavailable, or at least where I live.
Lastly and this is a compliment, I hate how addictive your videos are, I've watched them several times since I stumbled over your channel a while ago.
Maybe one day I'll try and replicate since they make me want to try as well, however I just don't have the kitchen space and having to take things out of the cupboard to get to other things constantly just really irritates me and makes me not want to bake.
