When batch exporting, there are different parameters to select (Bitrate selection is either High (Recommended) or Extremely High. There is no selection for choosing the bitrate by number. Also the AI Effects Remove Grain is an option with Batch Exporting while it is not when exporting a single file. Is that everyone's experience? When selecting a single video, the file sizes are roughly double if you max out the quality settings
If make edit/reframe (without effects) in Stories, then can upload in 1440p.

Hi so I want to get the 360 3x but I’m still on a iPhone 7+ so I either have to get a new iPhone or a iPad or a Mac book air but the last one is a bit pricy but if the Studio app is that much better for editing I’ll have to consider it. Alternatively I’d prefer a iPad over a new iPhone. Please give me some advice. Thx.

What about exporting a tiny planet, or reverse tiny planet, segment, from the Studio App. Can't get it to work. If I'm in 360 mode, using the mouse to produce the effect on screen, Export simply produces the usual flat 16:9 image. And if I switch to Edit module, there's no 360 option (or indeed other FOV options in the menu on the right). Any ideas?

Hi there, please kindly note that Studio requires OSX 10.13 and above for Mac, and requires OpenGL 3.3 and above.
The hardware is preferably MacBook Pro and above. Mac air and Mac mini may freeze or fail to export high-resolution video.
This video sold me on the product. I watched a few other videos online and they actually made me lose some interest because the explanations for editing seemed convoluted (even the "easy editing" tutorials) and this video immediately sold me.

I don't kow if you read this but one of the things that really hard about the app is the print is sooo light. I'm colorblind and it's super hard to read. I wish the print was black!

For the timelapse do you need to record in timelapse mode or just reg video? Can you add your recording settings?

For exporting flat video, which means you select a certain angle in the 360 videos to export, the resolution is 1080p. As for your question, our current technology supports the invisibility of the selfie stick in the frame, however, making a person invisible in the frame is not yet supported. at times we have multiple video footage clips that are shot separately.
Open them all in the Insta360 studio.
How do we combine trimmed portions from different video footage clips into one and export?

What PC or laptop spec would you recommend for 4k and 6k editing ? Seems like my laptop cannot process the 4k data and im not sure what spec would be suitable for this. Thanks!

Why are all the automated things only available on the phone. I don't want to buy a new phone just because of a couple of videos. I have a powerful computer, but for some reason the Studio version has to do everything manually. And options like Sky swap don't exist at all.

There is no difference in quality, but the Studio has more options when exporting like it supports up to 5.7k. Although the Insta360 App has some convenient features like Auto edit, if you have higher requirements for picture quality, we recommend you use the Insta360 Studio. would skyswap work also work when doing a horizontal canvas with your video ... and not a vertical like you do here? .... and if yes.... can one make that horizontal canvas in a certain ratio, ... lets say 1:2.75 ratio (this would be called a Ultrawide Panavison Ratio) which will look like a serious professional cinematic ratio ......?

@@insta360tutorials maybe add rectangular lens corrections to it? otherwise it will be distorted going that wide. Any cushioning or barreling should be fully 100% corrected for this to look like real cinema shoot ... coming form a Hollywood Blockbuster movie , the likes of BEN HUR from the 60's, where this was used..
but the photos are distorted and not clear, can be used only for information imo

Can you edit on the phone app 360 videos and upload to CZcams?
Every test video I edit in the phone app won’t let me view it has a 360 video on you tube . My goal is to watch them with my oculus. When I use studio it works but not the phone app.

The camera used in the video is the Insta360 X3, which can capture 360-degree footage. However, the GO 3 is a wide-angle camera, unable to capture 360-degree videos, so it might not be able to reproduce the effect shown in the video.

On my Google Pixel 6 there is no AUTO option in the edit. Is this only available for the iPhone?

Could you please tell us if all the 360-degree files lack Auto mode or if only some of them lack it? Auto mode is only available for 360-degree videos with LRV files. The 360-degree videos of 4k50fps、4K60fps、3k100fps don't generate LRV files, so Auto mode doesn't show when you open them through Insta360 App.
There are some prerequisites for mobile devices to use Auto mode:
* iPhone： Please use iPhone8 or above
* Android： Please use Android phones with RAM＞4G
If mobile devices don't satisfy the prerequisites above, the Auto mode won't show.

Hello there, please be aware that 360-degree preview footage requires certain software support. In other words, after you export as 360 footage using studio/app, you need to open it in a video editing software that supports preview 360 footage（Studio/Insta360 app/Adobe Premiere Pro ,etc.）in order to slide and view it in 360 degrees.

Need Advice: When my 360 is recording in Loop Mode (20 Min Intervals) the SD Card (128GB) runs out of space. Even though the Loop Mode is supposed to prevent this from happening. I've even attempted to shorten the intervals to 10 min clips. Same thing. Basically, I have to empty the files on the SD Card before recording again. If anyone else out there has experienced this and found a 'fix' (other than having to erase over and over) please advise. Thank u.

Why is the 4k or 3k resolution not showing while exporting in phone?

Therefore, when focusing on one point and enlarging it, if you export it as Flat video, the resolution is reducing. Please try to export it as 360 video to see if the resolution will be higher.
