I love when you look something up when you don't know what a note is... because I don't know either! I love to have the scents actually described with descriptive words of the smells. Some channels will just describe it by comparing it to another perfume. Not only do I not know what that one smells like, I have most likely never even heard of the name of the perfume or the house/brand. So I actually like

I love tray videos and seasonal tray videos (like spring scents, summer scents, etc). I also like the videos based upon the scent like aquatics, favorite gourmands, peach scents, fig scents, stuff like that. Also, videos that list out good skin scents, good wedding guest scents, rooftop bar, beach day, gotta go in the office…stuff like that
Perfume trays are a good way to test a brand and see if it is a love. Then you can do a monthly round up video on what are your tops from that month. Will you repurchase, plan to gift or sell it? Fragrances have aromatherapeutic properties and lighten and deepen oneself. What choices go into your decision making for fragrances? For me it is the notes, packaging and longevity. I notice I have more warmer type scents and not necessarily cooler ones. Unless it is bordering earthy and woodlands by the sea. Fragrances tell a story in the bottle and person who wears it. Even if a million people have the same fragrance on, it smells, ignites and lives differently for each person. That's the fun of fragrance. I don't always stick to fragrances base on seasons.
How you look at the packaging? Some fragrances are like art for your vanity. The Guerlain fragrances look like artwork.
Omg I’m with you on the combo of notes and packaging. Sometimes the difference in the full bottle vs. the travel sizes make me want the full sizes! I love the house of oud bottles and house of Sillage too! There are so many great bottles they really are art! I also agree that they tell a story and love getting into the inspo behind the fragrance. It makes me appreciate the scent even more even if it’s something I’m not into!

I blame you entirely for my newfound Phlur addiction. 🤣😂🤣 Not Your Baby is giving me life right now but there isn't a Phlur scent I've tried that I don't love. Am waiting impatiently for Strawberry Letter to come back in stock, as well as the Forvr Mood sampler set.
Was hoping Lipstick Fever had an actual lipstick accord, something that smelled like an old fashioned bullet lipstick a la Avon or Norell. The closest I've come to that is actual Lipstick Accord (powdery violet, heliotrope, orris, vanilla musk, almond) by Hexennacht and R.E.S.P.E.C.T. (cold cream, black cherry, and that violet which gives it that lipstick aroma) by Sucreabeille.
Omg Phlur soooo good though! I love the idea of makeup accords in person! The do not seem the be the easiest to create!!

Have you tried Le Labos the matcha? It’s a fig fragrance. And there are a few dupes for it that are good. And oil perfumery now has an oil

I got Bonbon Pop from the HOU because of you, and I absolutely love it. ❤️. I always thought because of the name "House of Oud" the perfumes would be oudy, so I always stayed away from it, but now I will be exploring the house more.
Edit: Just because you ask for some recommendations for the channel 😊 and you know I love and support your content, please if you could have the name of the perfumes on the screen while you are talking about them, I'd love that ❤.

I like the fragrance from Jackie but I avoid fragrances where the longevity isn’t great.

I was given some samples of Juliette and I’m not a fan. I don’t smell the cherry at all, it smells very soapy to me but I keep trying to like it 😂
