August 2023 Miami, Florida Vacation. Day 2: "Zoo Miami"

On this day, August 4th, 2023, I spent a few hours at "Zoo Miami" with my father and my younger sister Isabella. My older sister, Carina, couldn't come since she had plans of her own that day.
The day began with a homecooked breakfast at home, followed by me doing my morning routine, preparing my bookbag for that day, and after waiting for my father and Isabella to get ready, we all got in the car, and made our way towards "Zoo Miami".
Upon arrival at the zoo, we parked the car, and we were met by a simple drizzle. But then as we got to the massive immersive zoo entrance, it began to POUR heavily! For about 20 minutes or so, we were stuck in the covered entrance area, waiting for the rain to stop. Once it did, we finally began our time at "Zoo Miami".
We basically walked around for a bit, saw some animals, and had lunch at the "Oasis Grill". I had an amazing double cheeseburger and French fries for my lunch. After lunch, we visited another animal exhibit, and then we left the zoo.
After we left the zoo, we did a few small errands my dad had to do, and we picked up a takeout dinner from a popular Cuban restaurant in Miami called "Versailles Restaurant Cuban Cuisine". I got a Cuban sandwich with no pickles, a side order of sweet potato fries, and a slice of chocolate cake for dessert.
After dinner, dad and I watched an episode of "Kitchen Nightmares" called "Patelone's Pizza". And then, I did my nighttime routine, and I went to bed.
