Over running the ball is an extremely common problem for tennis players. It’s also quite a tricky problem to fix because there are a few different things that players need to work on. In this video I explain a 3 step process that you can use to stop you from over running the ball.

I plan on learning a 2 hander, so that i can help coach it better.
But at the moment I need all my practice time for learning to play left handed. Once the left is tournament ready then i’ll invest the time into the 2 hander.

The other thing… if the hitting hight of the ball at your waist - you can be closer to the ball… if higher then stay further from the ball…

Yes, lighting can have a huge impact on people's ability to judge depth.
