Ha! Rarely. Supposedly it is linked to my form of autism. But when I do finally sleep, I can sleep for like 8-9 hours straight!! Most of the time I get like 3-4 hours of REM sleep per night. Then, my brain is wide awake again! My body can't keep up with my brain most of the time.

I used to get the same thing when I changed cam sensor on modem fuel injector system. They came with a plastic tool for setting to # 1 cylinder. I through it away. I put thousands of distributors in and know where # 1. Is.You don’t have to put the engine at TDC. When pull the cam sensor drive out, the distributor shaft will turn 37 on a Ford Vulcan 3.0 L. Just visually look where it was pointing when you started. The car has adaptive strategy built in the computer. If you really needed to know for sure, you could back probe the connector install a pico scope and dial it in perfect. Point is if it was right when you took it out it’ll be right when you put it back 37° turn and it’s pointing at what you saw when you took it out. When you know you know.

How nice and simple. Not like rebuilding computer-controlled carburetors of the 1980s with many special tools and adjustments that no one but factory-trained technicians did correctly. I always felt sorry for the customers who paid good money and their cars still did not run right due to untrained mechanics working on their cars. Thanks for the video, Paul, and Happy Thanksgiving, Mike

What is best for you depends a lot on your size. If you're tall, or have some girth, avoid the 28/29 roadsters and roaster pickups!! Thanks for your great videos, your so helpfull. I understand that the float needs to be as equal as the carb base but if your going to error is it ok to error on the "less gas in the bowl" way? In my understanding, less gas in the bowl, less chance the car will stall on hard braking witch mine does that so Im always playing with the throtle arm to keep the reves up when slowing down so it wont stall. I hope you understand my question. Keep up the exelent work mr Paul.

I am also curious about this. I have 2 rebuilt zenith carbs that stall out on abrubt stops. also the bottom towards the center rear is always drenched with gas an hour or 2 after parking it. Both have new float needles so I know that works.
