Tornado tells a story, has great atmosphere, great sound effect usage, and a lot of other advantages this level doesnt have. This level is good but legendary is really pushing it

No, its proof that rob needs to allow mods to rate levels themselves, this level was 100% sent by a mod, but probably wasnt seen by rob because it got buried under other sent levels
