I am doing a flip flop thru hike of the Appalachian Trail. I started at Warwick Turnpike in NJ and am heading south on my first leg through the miles I have already done on my 2016 thru attempt.
Day 9 Windsor Furnace Shelter to Eagles Nest Shelter 14.7 miles
Day 10 Eagles Nest Shelter to William Penn Shelter 19 Miles
Total Trip 173.7 Miles
