    hey guy, I have bought 3 corrective lenses for my laser pointer for fun, and later I wana install them into a laser pointer build. Im wondering how you have set up your lenses inside that device you built. Their spacing too and stuff. I see youve put them before culmination lens which I will try to take advantage of

    Подскажите, поставил в 15ватт китайский модуль у которого фиксированный фокус 18мм, диод nubm44 v2 , вместо точки такая же полоса как у вас на видео 6:00, и когда дал на всю мощь диоду, линза в центре прогарела, как будто откололся кусок стекла. Можете что то подсказать?

      Is it mirrored surfaces directing the beam into a square shape....or are you just rotating bolt heads together essentially absorbing all that usable energy in the brass or whatever that's made out of.....

    What is the point of having a circular dot at 2.79 metres? I have never lasered anything at 2.79 metres!! Surely you need a circular dot at around 30 mm?

      Its a matter of illustrating beam quality. If the laser is collimated to a more or less circular spot when projected at a few meters, then it is most certainly circular at the short distances used in laser engraving and etching.

      that works but i think that allso reduces the power , the
      bit of square glass actually bends and concentrates the light from a regtangle intoo a square
