We have instant hot water, so I put in a red water diverter, saves heaps of water.

Well done a great setup for the family. Love the van and the All Terrain will be awesome. The water saver I use on my Jayco is the Enviro Water saver plumbed into the hot water outlet of the HWS to the sink as that is the longest run for the hot water. When we are not using the over we store our bread and rolls there. Take care and well done again on an awesome setup and video.
Cheers for the tips, definitely will be looking into the water saver, and very smart use of the oven! Never though of that! I might go move my bread now 😉

Good to see you back guys, I'm excited! One bit of kit that I use and recommend is TieGear for the awning - car or caravan, I bought the four tie down kit.
Great to be back for abit 😁 ATM we are using the EzyAnchor but the TieGear kit looks wicked! 👌
Congratulations on the new set up guys, small tip for saving that water while the instantaneous kicks in. Place a collapsible bucket in the bass of the shower to collect the water then use it for dishes or cleaning.😊

We have just purchased a Jayco 19 Ft as well and just love it. Despite the bad name Jayco has, we honestly can’t fault them or our van. The customer service is amazing 😃you will love your new van. The curtains are actually handy to have. They allow you to keep the windows open and let airflow in but still give you heaps of privacy. 😃
Oh yay so exciting! Yea you hear about some of the bad reviews but sooo many people have reached out and told us how much they love their van so that's reassuring 😍

Great to see u both nice and trim great set up,BJ one thing I would recommend bos stabilizers and jockey leg ,no need for ramps just lift the van with these can do ours in 5 mins with the drill,but not cheap but well worthwhile 😎

A few things on the battery, the kings 120 and 200ah lithium batteries are very good for the price, breakdowns and tests show consistent overrated output. If you do change the battery, remember the new regulations that would apply, and look at ATG batteries in Perth excellent batteries and good prices. I've been running their 200ah slim for 2 years and no dramas at all with induction/airfryer etc...
Yea we've seen the new regulations so probably won't be changing anything anytime soon.

Hi from New Zealand. It is great to see you again. It looks that TJ has worked off the holiday contented lifestyle. Yes I like the new caravan and Jayco caravans are popular in NZ. for us we like idea of the north south bed better. I would like to see if you can do a video on what to look out for advice on buying a good second hand caravan. I have seen from other content creators that the ultimate electrical system for caravans is 1.2kws of solar 600Ahrs of lithium batteries and a 3000w inverter. looking forward to see more new shows, You do a great job. Yes I was so keen on a North south bed like our first van but after travelling and not really spending a crazy amount of time in the van it didn't become much of a priority for us anymore. Everyone's opinions are different on the bed situation 😁

Install a Victron shunt with bluetooth to monitor your battery
Did it on my van with a BM Pro
BM Pro is reasonable for management but crap for monitoring
My BM Pro is just an electronic fuse box now

I have this fridge and it runs on chlorine in the pipes. It does not function very well in a wet hot humid areas You cant stack them much because you need the circulation as you lose the cool when you open the door. Def change that fridge.

Kitchen ware... We have 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 forks/knifes/spoons and 2 cups per person. This is so we are only doing the washing up once a day, especially when we are off grid and we are wanting to save water.
And clothes... We try to wear our clothes for 2 days running if they are clean enough, so we normally have about 10 outfits each. So we can normally last 2 weeks off grid without doing any washing... We have quite a few undies each as we obviously don't wear them for two days 🤣🤣

(It all depends on if you're going to be off grid more or at caravan parks... If it's more caravan parks you won't need as much as you can keep up with washing both clothes and dishes, whereas off grid you can't do as much of both dishes and washing as youd like 🫣🤣
