      Yep you spot on. Proper tax paying citizens get treated like dirt if we have a query or issue with SARS. Late payments by 1 day and you get a fine. The government keeps hiding things and sweeping under the carpet. This smells of fraud.

      So glad to see you guys are starting to realise the folly of not using your vote correctly.
      Vote wisely, not with tribal affiliations or emotions. Please try to get the message across to your community as well. Contact Penuel the Black Pen for advice should you need it.
      Good luck and never give up.
      Remember, you trusted the anc and the top structure of all governance turned out to be criminals.
      They caught millions of your compatriots with their lies and empty promises.
      It's up to you guys.
      Anybody can make a mistake, now is the time to decide whether you want a successful country to leave to your next generations.
      Or
      You guys keep falling for the anc's narrative of racism, T- shirts and handouts.... until the next Cadre enriching election ! Get them out while you're still alive and try to get some of the Cadre loot back for the country.

    First question can a South African hold foreign currency in cash. Or must this be declared to the receiver and exchanged for South African Rand? Hiding any currency in cash in any furniture is a huge red flag 🚩. And theses questions before the investigation starts

    • @kevinpillay6103
      @kevinpillay6103 Před rokem +3

      Over a certain threshold one must declare to SARs. Most countries who do things lawfully this would have flagged at the airport of entry. Then to stash it under beds is just fishy. Normal citizens would be arrested for this.

    • @drevil4454
      @drevil4454 Před rokem +5

      I alwys keep foreign cash on hand but it is all regulated. You can't just bring in huge amounts of money without declaring it. It is to prevent money laundering. There is also the case that you indirectly devalue your own currency if you buy foreign money.
      Keeping 8mill in foreign currency under a bed or in a couch is just insane. It hints to money laundering and destabalisation. Why the need to keep foreign currency? Well I keep it cause I travel a lot and hate the hassle of going to the banks to exchange all the time. They tend to rip you off.
      Why keep 8mill im foreign cash? There could only be one reason. To commit a crime because it is of no use spending it in South Africa as foreign cash. You might as well just have ZAR's then. No this cash was bought in illegally and stashed illegally.

    People can cry as much as they want about the declaration of money, but the truth of the matter is that the responsibility to declare the money lied with the person who brought those foreign currencies, not the seller.... The first question when this matter goes to court will be, who brought in the money? Is it the president or the businessman?
    If it is the businessman, why should the president be accused of wrongdoing over the failure of another person fault?
