FOX Sports Yupp

Wow what a moment. This hits different after hearing his unfortunate passing. RIP Franco
RIP Franco
Terry Bradshaw on the Immaculate Reception: "You gotta know how to make it bounce, baby."
Absolute Legend.
RIP you will be missed
Franco Harris such a Sweetheart & will ALWAYS BE UNFORGETABLE!!!!🕊❤
What a legend. He will be missed! RIP franco!
I remember when Franco went to the Seahawks…..sad sad times at our house…..we still cheered for him!!!!! Not for the Seahawks…..just for Franco…….in our hearts he was still and always will be a Steeler!!!!!!!
Once a Steelers always a steeler
R.I.P. Franco - character, humility, and class
r.i.p franco legends never die.
Man, it’s still hard to believe his gone. Right when the anniversary of the immaculate reception in the same night, they were going to retire’s jersey number.
RIP Franco Harris.
Franco and Terry hugging reminiscing 😢
Love that his jacket has Steelers Gold inside!!!! You will truly be missed & hugs to your family in this difficult time!
Rest In Peace Franco Harris, Amen to an NFL legend 🤘
Franco Harris 1st class football player. Rip🙏
Coming from a Dallas fan my condolences to Franco's family
I will always have a love in my heart for the Steelers and Pennsylvania. The team thought enough of Tn. to come to Knoxville for an exhibition game. I had a crush on Franco Harris and will miss him greatly. May God comfort his family and the fans.
Is this the neighbor I grew up with in castle shannon?
@@tomiole No, unfortunately you are thinking about someone else .
RIP HARRIS
Terry and Franco ❤ Two of the Greatest
I watched that game live and have so much respect for the Steelers organization. RIP Franco!
RIP Franco Harris
Rip Franco Harris
Franco my favorite NFL player... looking great
Franco's Army!
Franco's Italian Army!
The Pittsburgh airport has two statues next to each other as you leave the arrival gate area escalators. Franco's Immaculate Reception next to George Washington. I've never seen anyone lined up to take a picture next to our founding father. I've seen the line 3 deep waiting for a picture next to Franco's statue.
William Penn. Not GW.
@@shawn9062 its GW
And the exact spot where Franco Harris scooped up the football for the Immaculate Reception at the former Three Rivers Stadium is marked with a plaque commemorating a moment as well as the sidewalk being patterned with yard stripes as they would have been in the former stadium.
@@MontgomeryMall he caught it in oakland
One is dead
Bradshaw abs Harris are absolute BALL PLAYERS, love the way they share words just for themselves as the crowd goes wild
Franco's career total yards 12,120 !!!
😢 RIP Franco
RIP Mr. Harris
the immaculate reception is easily the greatest catch of all time
It was voted the #1 greatest play in NFL history.
@@Mr.56Goldtop and greatest moment in NFL History
except it wasn't a catch
@@Danky_Dankerson yes it was
@@Danky_Dankerson search up “have your ever seen this angle of the immaculate reception” shows the full angle of it. new footage came out like a year or 2 ago
The obvious love between Terry and Franco is a thing of transcendent beauty.
Franco Harris represents the words class act!!
Magic!
RIP Legend
Bradshaw did almost exactly what he did on the original play!! ,😎🤣😂
What a wonderful brotherly relationship between #32 Franco Harris and #12 Terry Bradshaw. Ironically, the Steelers were not too far from entering field goal range. I am not certain as to whether the Steelers had any time outs left. But, let's say the Steelers had none. Still, on fourth down, the Steelers needed a big play to convert the first down. If I remember, it was fourth down and 20+ yards for a first down. Hypothetically, if Bradshaw finds Lynn Swan on a sideline route and Swan steps out of bounds to stop the clock, the Steelers would have time to kick a field goal.
Nevertheless, this one play, probably produced the greatest winning team in the 1970's in the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Steelers excelled in every facet of the game; offense, defense, special teams, coaching and the front office.
i love it. Franco could still get low to scoop it up. the real play was a split second to grab it & run it in. 😊👍
This is awesome...love it!
Immaculate Reception Day, Dec 23 should be national holiday.
To authenticate the replay the players should have been in uniform.
Absolutely!!!
Rip Franco harris
RIP Franco Harris. I wish he lived 3 more days to see the 50th anniversary.
If you want to see a Steelers fan flip his lid, just say, "the Immaculate Reception was an incomplete pass", then sit back and watch. RIP Franco.
This Is PRICELESS !!!....
RIP Franco! In an interview Franco said “at Penn state coach Paterno always taught go to ball”
THE Greatest catch of all time... It Propelled the Steelers into a perennial winning team... REST IN PEACE
Yeah man I love that line I think Dan Rooney said it first, before Franco we never won, when he arrived we never lost! Even Joe Greene agrees!
Amen to an NFL legend Franco Harris
rip legend
RIP
This is how you can tell I'm a very casual football fan. I had NO IDEA that THAT was THE Terry Bradshaw from that very play.
Lol oh wow 😂
Why don't you retire from watching football? it isn't for you, try watching tennis? Your comment is polluting the comment section.
U thought It was Flutie??...
Ay ay ay.....
Yes, the original #12👍✌️

66 Circle Option
I still can’t believe that he caught that
Neither can Franco.
Neither could the cameraman
I first saw this a year ago. An important part of the Immaculate Reception that they missed is re-creating the collision between Jack Tatum, Frenchy Fuqua, and the football. While there's a dispute over whether Fuqua touched the ball, there's no dispute of the collision and the ball coming back towards the line of scrimmage. RIP Franco Harris, my hero.
1. Immaculate Reception 2. Hail Mary 3. The Catch (Montana to Clark) 4. The Helmet Catch (Manning to Tyree)
The Catch has to the most overrated play in NFL history.
Rest in peace Franco Harris 🙏
Rip Franco Harris 🙏
*TRUTH FROM A RAIDERS FAN* The Raiders were arguing a double touch. NOT WHETHER OR NOT FRANCO CAUGHT IT. DT was (changed 1978, this play happened 6yrs b4) a rule that states no offensive player can touch a tipped pass unless touched by the defense first. The other angle slowed down is better. Watch the raiders in other clips, they tap their fingers for the call. REAL TALK RAIDER NATION... CAN I GET A NEW CARR ? ONE NOT NAMED CARR....
Gracias a este video podemos ver a nuestros ídolos del fútbol americano gracias por tantas emociones por siempre Franco Harris RIP
RIP Franco 🙏🙏🙏
R.I.P. 🪦 Franco Harris
"one of the most famous plays in Super Bowl history," except that it didn't happen in the Super Bowl - it was an AFC divisional playoff game. The week after this game the Steelers lost the AFC championship game, 21-17, to the Miami Dolphins, who went on to win Super Bowl VII and complete an undefeated season.
RIP Franco.
I personally think this and David tyrees are the greatest catch ever
RIP FRANCO
The description is wrong. The play was NOT during the Super Bowl.
I was hoping Strahan would have gone Jack Tatum give Glazer a big hit. R.I.P. Franco Harris.
Rip Franco
Anyone hear Bill Burr rip on commentators how they come out to a little football field to reenact plays… here it is
rest in peace ledged
IT TOUCHED THE GROUND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nope it didn't, cope.

Have always had a crush on franco Harris. He gets better looking all the time

The years fell off of these guys as Terry dropped back here in this clip.
Truth!!!!!! I said uhhhh ohhhhhh look at Terry!!!!!!!! I thought he was about to throw that ball for real!!!!!!!! :D
@@MsMichelle1432 I was amazed at how it looked. It felt like going back to the '70s.
@@MsMichelle1432 Me too, you know he wanted to, I know he's older now, but I bet he can still throw that pig skin a good distance!👍✌️
rip
The play would have really been the greatest in history if the Steelers would have went on to win the Superbowl, but they lost to the Dolphins in AFC Championship game
I like to think Terry and Franco went out to dinner together later that evening.
No bro hugs from Terry and Curt.
We all knew were we were when it happened
FRANCO HARRIS NEVER EVER “scooped the ball up”.
“
Maybe he admitted to St. Peter that the ball hit the ground.
Jimmy Johnson? I thought that was Boris Yeltsin! Travel well, Franco.
Ôla 💋
Such sad news.
It touched Fuqua and the ground.
Watch the new angle, it clearly hit Jack Tatum. (This was great)
AND TAKES IT IN FOR THE WINNING SCORE AND GO ON TO THE AFC CHAMPIONSHIP GAME!!! where they lost to the Miami Dolphins
The old version of the Minneapolis miracle make an incredibly Miraculous play go on to lose the AFC Championship game anyway
That miracle seemed meaningless after they lost to the Dolphins, but they’d win the Super Bowl 2 years later.
Nothing is meaningless
Unless you can truly understand being in the moment you half a momo
Bradshaw, Mr. Vaccine Policeman.
Jimmy had one job
It isn't a genuine re-enactment. The controversy is not adequately and clearly explained to the viewers. The video description is incorrect, as this did not happen at the Super Bowl. And the claim that both teams are "sworn to secrecy" and no one expresses an opinion is absurd drivel. Other than that, great vid!
The Immaculate deception..... C'mon Franco... just admit you trapped the ball off the turf
Why would he admit something he didn't do?
this was an era when real sports were played. I have not watched the Nfl since tomlin won with cowers team. NFL is now about on the par of professional wrestling, Lambert was right quarter backs should be required to wear a dress, Tom Brady this is you.
It looked like the ball hit the ground
