Vermont was a state that we probably heard about five times in our childhoods- and my goodness, it turns out to be breath-taking. After saying goodbye to extended family in Portland, we drove back through New Hampshire, to reach the golden yellow woods of Vermont. The autumn of Willoughby National Forest now holds a special place in our hearts, and we hope to return someday. Until then, we are on to Burlington! 🍁

I loved the cozy feeling in your van at the end of this vlog. One thing I look forward to (when I do get on the road) is being safe & sound in my home on wheels when I want to shelter from the weather outside! Snug as a bug... For sure! That’s one of our favorite feelings- knowing we can take shelter from the outdoors in our little van 🥰 And yes, eating just might be our favorite activity in the van hahaha! We are now entering New York state!
