The crawlspace can conceal many system defects of the home because most people do not want to enter this area because of spider and rodent phobia's. In this video major plumbing system problems are discovered.

This crawlspace was a plumbing disaster that could have easily been overlooked if the area was not inspected, once again the importance of getting a home inspection is worth every penny. Thanks for your comment Mr Scaffnetti.

the cap could have worked off and fallen due to lots of water pressure backing up from further up the pipework
