I remember playing this with my older brother and dad when I was seven. This level was both intriguing and highly disturbing. I love the mysterious and terrifying nature of the creatures that lurk in the underworld.
Mephisto had by far the coolest voice in this entire game, most intimidating boss fight in the game for me. I died the most times on this level lol even more than the Dr.Doom and Arcade fights, which were also gigantic pains in the ass
@@ryancentnarowicz Nah man I don't think Mephisto is in the MCU because of Disney's family friendly PG rating, But since Ghost rider exists in MCU starting with Agents of Shields you could be right.
You know, it occurs to me that it doesn't matter if Nightcrawler or Jean dies. Either way, they'll be back. No one ever stays dead in these comics-except Uncle Ben.
well it effects the ending...for some reason killing Jean is the good one, since she does come back...albeit as dark phoenix though nothing is said further about it, if Nightcrawler is killed on the other hand, then it causes his Mystique to kill Xavier in revenge, and causes the complete disbandment of the X-men, which is seemingly the worse option in the ending montage.
I remember thinking when I was a kid about how stupid it was that when you save one X-man and the other's cage falls how none of the superheroes who could fly just thought to grab the other cage and put it safely on the island. Let's be honest, unless the cage is trapped in some kind of invisible field pulling it into the Infinity Vortex, it would be very, very easy to save both X-Men.
Same here but knowing Mephisto he no doubt would not have allowed that to happen and would’ve intervened and caused all of their demises if they tried that, it’s his realm after all.
Mephisto is the ruler of hell in the marvel universe I guess, I can’t wait to see him in the mcu if at all ever, sam raimi is the only director who would nail mephisto in film tbh

yeah and there's hidden dialogue that goes with it, as well as black panther talking to ghost rider if he's there, and thor has a small talk with mephisto, all in one scene.
