Iron Rhams I bake them on 170-180 degrees or less depending on your oven if it’s too hot then less ... to avoid burning the pulp , also it’s important to toss them every 10-15 minutes so they lose the moisture quicker and not burn ... o say for about 30 - 40 minutes of backing is good
Also I don’t bake each time I make almond milk , i actually store the pulp in the freezer until I have a decent amount then I just pop in in a pan and bake it ... break it and toss it all the way till it’s dry 😊

I recently started making almond milk, (twice a week). I soak half cup of almonds overnight, then blend with 4- 6 cups of water, makes about 2 liters of milk, (this works for me).The longer the almonds are soaked, the less pulp you will have left over. A 1.36 kg bag of raw Almonds costs $15.00, way cheaper than the water based ones in the store. I use the pulp to make almond flour, where I spread it out on a cookie sheet, bake in the oven at 300 degrees fahrenheit for 2 hours, or until there is no moisture left, then blend it into a fine flour.
Benefits, delicious healthy almond milk without additives and flour to use for baking.
Note: you can also substitute the raw almonds for 2 tbsp of almond butter, to make the milk.

You got that right. In every 8 oz serving, you have about 94% water and about 4 almonds. So, when you are paying almost $3 for 1/2 gal, you are really paying for flavored water.
Actually, I learned this because watching the blue diamond commercial, I wondered how growers who also made the milk could possibly be profitable? After all, how much milk could you possibly extract from one almond? It would take an entire tree to make 3 gallons! Of course, I knew something was funny, so I looked it up. What a buzzkill knowing I buy the stuff for my wife.
Now, I'll see if I can make it myself and she'll never be the wiser. LOL!
