So much better to make your own. You can dry the pulp and use when you need almond flour. It tastes great!

I learned years ago from a doctor that carrageenan causes weakness in the bladder. I have found this to be true personally and try to avoid it. I like half and half and use Land O Lakes brand because it’s free of carrageenan. I do sometimes drink almond milk and need to read labels more.

Organic almonds are not cheap in US either. I don't know how they came up with that cheaper price. I wonder where does she buy her almonds from?

I had Breast cancer and survived it after my recovery I was told to not drink regular Milk and to cut out Red Meat and to eat turkey, chicken, and eat lots of green leafy veggies so I now drink non- dairy milks so i drink Almond Milk, Cashew milk, oat milk, rice milk, and soy milk all non - dairy milks love those milks and those milks do not go bad as quick as regular milk! 😊😊😊😊😊😊 im a red flagged on my health and watched closely with regular mammograms once every yr. Odered by my Dr. Primary radiologist and my oncologist im watched like a hawk.
A type of casin is the cancer problem I! Cows milk. I think it is also present in other types of cow products?

SHE'LL FISH.
TONS OF DIFFERENT BEANS.
VEGETABLES FRUITS.
NEVER FELT BETTER.
NO PASTA PRODUCTS.
I FEEL REALLY GOOD.
MY M.S. I SLOW PROGRESSING. MOSTLY EYES SLOW CONFUSED SPEECH ONLY WHEN TIRED.
ALL LIMBS STILL WORK.
I TAKE VITAMINS LOTS RECOMMENDED BY DR.

GO TO SMALL FARMS IF YOU WANT TO EAT ANIMAL.

Coconut milk is probably best.
Almond milk in question is one of the more superior brands on the market and no longer contains carragean. Alternatives to carragean appear to all be soy based. One of few quality brands that is truly dairy free and soy free. Less popular brands still have trouble with shelf life and mold.

Soaking reduces the phytic acid in it making it easier to digest. 😮
This is my last concern. Trying to find out how much is a problem and how much is in the almond milk. Do processors soak the almonds? We have competing industries fighting over the narrative and i don't even trust Dr Oz anymore.
@@christopheranderson8511 well do some searching for validation eg. in Ayurveda, it's advice that you must always soak (overnight which is 6+ hours) almonds before consumption.
It has 1%protein in blue diamond unsweetened almond milk. Virtually no protein at all. Horrible!!!

People are so busy in this life eh and don't have the time to make simple things. Nut milks are the easiest to make.
Thank God I live in the Caribbean 🇹🇹. It's so easy to get a coconut 🥥 & "wash the milk out the husk" that's how we say it😂 and add the milk to a lot of our national dishes.

Anything sitting on the shelf can not be healthy for human consumption. That's how I feel about food...
Fresh french fries aren't on the shelf. But a pack of almonds are. You really think the fries are healthier?

That's what I was thinking. Plant based milks are the most unhealthiest items at the grocery store. They are full of stabilizers and in some cases sugar!

Almonds are expensive so the ĥomemade version is not cheaper!
Them had me confused bad cause I know loose nuts in general are expensive because I workout and I have to use nuts, so what she is saying don't make sense.
In every product we consume has in something that they would find that is harmful to the body Why I don't know. I think that's a way to stop ppl from buying certain brands/foods🤷🏽♀️. I would eat and prayer over every meal in the name of Jesus.
