My Perfect Breakfast Sandwich Two Ways

This is my perfect breakfast sandwich. Now these two breakfast sandwiches are something else. One with crispy peppery Bacon, a grilled beef patty with a slice of Muenster cheese, two perfect sunny side up eggs with a crispy bottom, jalapeño slices and some good old ketchup and mayo. The second one with two crispy peppery eggs, 2 perfect sunny side up eggs, a slice of Colby jack cheese, some more jalapeño slices and this time, the top and bottom buns are smeared with some mixed berry preserves. Wow talk about a breakfast sandwich for the books.

Wow, does that ever look DELICIOUS! Never would have thought to put berry preserves & jalapenos together, but it actually sounds pretty amazing. Love sweet & heat together. Also love the soft, butter toasted bun much better than a biscuit. This is a must try! Thank you❤

Those buttered buns look so good. I usually do this on a toasted English muffin, or just toast. I can't do spicy or peppers, so I usually just do cheese and egg. I'll have to try the buttered bun sometime. I rarely buy buns as I'm cooking for one and it's hard to find small packs of hamburger or hot dog buns. Thanks for the ideas!
