I was thinking about the way she speaks too (also with her hands, perhaps). It's just easy to understand what she's saying even tho she's from the UK and has that accent. I'm from Brazil and I think her pronunciation is really clear. She's almost perfect in everything she does. A queen.

She was so articulate! I'd really like to see more of these, of various people offering their own experiences of the museum. Profiles on those who work there too like the conservators etc would be great to bring the public into to the world of how the V&A does what it does.
I think recently all the various video output has been really improving. Peter Kelleher is killing it!
