Audio test and thoughts about Fall and loved dogs

Testing the latest audio setup with two purple panda mics, one in my helmet and one under the pillion seat, the latter being fed through an in-line volume gain control. Both combined as input to a Zoom H1N recorder with the output from that through an attenuation cable and into the DJI Osmo Action camera. The H1N is turned on but not recording, just being used as a pre-amp to set the right levels for the camera. Thus I can turn the camera on and off as often as I like using the quick shot feature and not have to worry about syncing audio and video in post production. And finally, after more tests with alternative setups than I can count, this finally works!!!!

Nice to see you out on the bike bro. FYI, your audio is only playing on my right head phone, nothing on the left. The note of your exhaust sounds familiar 😁. Audio crackling can be as simple as a bad connection, cable, or as bad as the port. Be safe bro.

Thanks - I hadn't noticed that. Volume too low too. It's good to have something that still needs fixing. ;-)
