I love Liv so much. I also fucking adore Tania. Stranded is like my favourite thing ever. I remember how hooked I was listening to Wild Animals for the first time
massive agree. if you go back to robophobia, or even just to the start of dark eyes 2, it is hard to find a companion - in any medium - that has had the kind of real, proper, changing, and evolving relationship with the doctor that liv has
On TV DW's had 40+ companions (or main cast members) since 1963. Thanks to Big Finish, and my own personal choice of what I consider canon from their amazing range of audios, the companion count is almost at 70! I love all the cast here. This is such a great TARDIS team travelling alongside Paul McGann's incarnation of the Doctor.
this is brilliant. as much as i always love the behind the scenes with this team, it is a real treat to actually see them for once! it is many years now since the 8th doctor, liv, and helen have been comfort listening for me. thanks to everyone at bf who works on putting these box sets together
it's amazing Sergeant Andy was about to be a companion in RTD'S era. But no disrespect to anyone and anything, but compared to TV _back then_ , his character is written better in Big Finish.
Nicola Walker...NICOLA FREAKIN WALKER! This is why Big Finish are so consistently brilliant, the high standard of the talent from actors to writers to directors. I think even if Chibnall hadn't destroyed Who for the fans, Big Finish would still be the heart and soul of the Whoniverse

What about Edwardian adventurer the great Charley Pollard....she's my favourite.
