What a way to end the Spider-Man film. One of the best scenes in the movie and one of the best scenes I’ve seen period. Shows what a track can really do for scene.
ong. i cant wait for the next movie

This was on Spiderverse? Haven't seen it yet that's why I'm asking
Yes, it’s played during the final act and it’s the perfect song for the scene. The lyrics add so much depth to Miles’ predicament.
this is the perfect song to play when you meet your alternate self who's also a vigilante
Spoiler!!!!!! Please wait at least a week before you say any spoiler.
What if you are the vigilante and they are the alternate version of yourself

Never got his just do as far as I am concerned. because I have been a radio fanatic for the last 45+ years. NEVER rem his name being mentioned, and if it was I would have remembered.
The music sounds so beautiful and sad at the same time. It makes me imagine of how downtowns (particularly those in the US like Detroit) were decaying during the time this music was created.
Yeah, I had a chance to see Bland when played in Detroit, missed it and vowed I see him again, not long he passed away.😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
As a 39 yr old who heard this way before Spider-Man it makes me proud to see others get introduced to this song through film and appreciate it not just because of the scene it’s played in but just for the feels. Salute to Sony and the directors of that masterpiece

This was her favorite song, I loved her so much, When I was born I didn’t get to see her in her prime so I always only met her in the senior home but I always heard so much stories about her and my dad which made me so happy and blessed to have her related to me. [Chorus]
Ain't no love in the heart of the city
Ain't no love in the heart of town
Ain't no love and it's sure nuff a pity
Ain't no love cause you ain't around
[Verse 1]
When you were mine
Oh, I was feeling so good
Cause you lovelied up
This whole neighborhood
[Bridge]
But now that you're gone
You know the sun don't shine
From the city hall to the county line
And that's why I said
[Chorus]
Ain't no love in the heart of the city
Ain't no love in the heart of town
Ain't no love and it sure is a pity
Ain't no love cause you ain't around
[Verse 2]
Every place that I go
Oh, it seems so strange
Without you there
Things have changed
The nights are cold
There's a blanket of gloom
Another teardrop falls
In my lonely room
[Chorus]
I said ain't no love
In the heart of the city
Ain't no love in the heart of town
Ain't no love, ain't any pity
Ain't no love cause you ain't around
[Bridge]
And now that you're gone
Oh, the sun don't shine
From the city hall to
The county line, I said
[Chorus]
Ain't no love in the heart of the city
Ain't no love in the heart of town
Ain't no love, it sure is a pity
Ain't no love cause you ain't around
Cause you ain't around
Ain't no love in the heart of the city
Ain't no love in this great big old town
Ain't no love and ain't it a pity

Morals changed. Art became corporate and manufactured. Trends now mean more than consistency, and individuality is rare now. Everyone tries to copy the current fame. There is still art of all forms, but corporations want to take that away. Creativity means individuality
