Thank you for helping train new drivers. Praying for you to keep your patience. Glad to see your channel growing. Keep up good work. Your kids will be proud of you.😊
You seem like a great trainer and your communication skills are on point. My last trainer was great, and the best words of advice that he gave regarding backing was that backing isn't taught, its learned. Thats why whenever I see an empty lot, I'll pull in and practice for a few. Not 100 percent yet because it takes me a long time to back into the docks at shippers, but I get it in there without hitting anything. I think most drivers and shippers can tell when youre a new driver. Good vid though bro ❤
Years ago in 1995 I was giving a opportunity to come to Cedar Rapids Iowa to train for CRST (Cedar Rapids Steel Transport) - I didn't have the funds to travel over there and stay for 5 weeks training
Hunt Point all right! one of my first trips with stevens was to tenth and canal with a meat load from ibp amarillo to NYC unloaded on the street! had chinese food delivered to my truck there one time made severeal trips there
Just found your channel today, great content fam. I just got my CDL yesterday and been trying to weigh out my decision on where to go, your videos might have me sold on ST. What would you say are some of the cons with this company? I subbed too💪
Some cons here is pretty much basic. Telephone ☎️ calls are the cons on my end cause it's so big of a fleet other than that I'm perfectly fine here fam
First of all... this is not Hunts point. Add the uphill back with a concrete column and much less room to set up. add the 10 guys on the loading dock mocking every move you make and open the doors before you get past the concrete column. hopefully your load is still in the trailer when you get there and for God sake stay in the right lanes through every tunnel that you take on the way into the city. Your trainer will need to sit on the window of the passenger side and watch the trainer as it rubs the top of the tunnel. WELCOME TO TRUCKING LIFE!!!!!
