Back in 2009, we met in Paris with the punk prodigies of rap music to talk about their controversial instrumental album "The Mix-Up". You will not hear anything musically relevant in this interview : instead, witness the holy trinity of New York hip hop relishing in good humored tomfoolery and dodging questions like real rockstars. Too happy to bamboozle our reporter with witty deviations, Mike D, Ad-Rock and MCA offered to talk about a Karl Lagerfeld jewelry line, the killing of fish for a living and the history of the idiom "jumping the shark". Since this is one of the last TV interviews the Beastie Boys did together before Adam "MCA" Yauch was diagnosed with cancer, we kindly give you the extended nearly untouched material we filmed on that day.

C'était pas pour The Mix Up cette promo mais pour Hot Sauce part. 1, qui a été annulé et décalé suite à la découverte du cancer de MCA. C'est d'ailleurs bien comme ça que vous l'aviez présenté à l'époque. Super vidéo en tous cas !
