Such an honour to have Ustadh Ahmed Karat on the couch this week from Sydney during his busy time in Melbourne. Ustadh Ahmed is very well known in Sydney for his Maydaan Archery Club. In this episode we spoke about so much including his story from Martial Arts to falling in love with the sunnah sport of Archery, delving into all sunnah sports and how they are the answer to the modern day self-development. Ustadh spoke about the importance of the connection between body & mind and how it co-relates with all aspects in our lives.
Definitely one for the ages this episodes, Ali and Ashraf already said this will be up there in the top 2024 episodes which speaks volumes!! so enjoyyy

Best podcast this far. Synergy - the movement of the physical & spiritual in harmonic resonance within the praise of The Most High.

Subhan'Allāh. The episode was too short. Need a follow-up interview with Ustadh Ahmed insha'Allāh.

I would love to ask Brother about applications of sunnah sports for women. Some sisters may be fiery choleric temperament, so do we encourage them to take up wrestling?
