  • Casey Putsch is aiming to build a Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Rolls Royce service and restoration shop in NW Ohio and bought a fixer-upper 1996 Rolls Royce Silver Spur as a fun family land yacht for only $8,000. The purchase was a gamble, but overall it is a great car that originally cost something like $180,000 thirty years ago. Casey will be restoring the Rolls to road and eye-worthy condition while documenting the process on this channel.

Sweet family cruiser Casey! I have always loved the look of these cars. Truly a bummer that the shipping company caused that damage.

Beautiful car , I don’t care for the new ones, but the older RR I love… enjoy it

  • @Kolinu2

Gorgeous Roller. Perfect for trailering that beautiful classic racer. What a combo.

  • @VincentVader

How much mineral oil does it leak per hour? Nice car, but still a money pit for the regular man.

I am on my tenth Bentley Turbo R, am I broke, yes, but, the smile on my face, priceless. There is no other car in the world that drives like a Rolls Royce or Bentley. They really are fantastic machines, however, the majority of these cars fall into bad custodians who neglect them. Like any car, you can’t do that. My 1997 Turbo R has 385 Horsepower and almost 600 ft. Lbs of toque - this translates into effortless cruising at 6,000 lbs. 0-60 in 6.3 seconds and limited to 150 mph. A lot of people on here have no clue about these cars and will simply hate….but find a good one and you won’t regret it.

Best car “In The Wooorrld”. Steering doesn’t work right because it’s on the wrong side. Be great when it’s finished.😎

If I was a betting man, I would put money on Lawrence of Arabia over The Beach. Looks like a great tow vehicle to me.

Very beautiful. My dream Land Yacht is a 1971 Chrysler New Yorker with a 440. They had a luxury/ muscle car look about them. Very classy, classic, and beastly all at the same time. I remember riding in one as a kid. Upon accelerating, it felt like the hand of God was swiftly propelling you forward with the expediency of a bolt of lightning. And the engine was practically silent at the same time. It was surreal.

Absolutely put a hitch on it. The only way to pull into a classic series race with an open cockpit/wheel racer is in a classic Rolls tow vehicle

  • @kb9oak749

Did it come with a jar of Grey Poupon?

  • @canamscott

I see 70's and 80's Rolls Royce models come up for sale from time to time and have seriously considered getting one. They are so affordable. I think they would be a great road trip car.

Damn Casey, as I've said before, I love what you do! The justification!!!

  • @xXCigarXx

The Beach is a amazing movie. Tottally worth a watch. This Bentley owner had some style.

  • @FransvandenBergeMuziekschuur

I bet you can buy new circuitboards somewhere so you can rebuild the modules yourself..

  • @Johnathan_Waters

The Beach is an awesome classic at this point!

  • @LelouchVelvet

    Good for the family ;)
