thanks so much bro . watched the WHOLE video. Helped a lot .
Mrthc I see you 👀
Thanks for walking through the process! Getting our shirts ready to ship out and at first everything seems overwhelming. Now I feel confident that we can make it work.
Thanks for the info! 🙏🏼
Just launched my merch and this was super helpful. Thank you!
Needed This! Thank You!
This was helpful! Thanks for all the info!
Extremely helpful! Thank you so much!
Very helpful in so many ways! Thank you!
thanks man, what a simple and to the point explanation on this topic!
Great info! Thank you for taking the time to share your and product links 💫👏💖🎁.
Great stuff, thanks for the info!
Great information, people should really applaud you for this. Thanks again
Gonna start mailing out shirts for my Kickstarter backers. This helped a bunch along with the links in the description. Thanks!
awesome info on the description thanx ...
Awesome. Very useful information. Thanks so much!
What a legend. You broke it down perfectly and linked things.
thanks for the video seriously you made it super simple. i been watching all this youtube girls who only make it complicated
this video feels like its coming from a friend I personally called. thanks dude
Thank you for the info.
Thank you, much love
What size are the bags your using to mail t shirts? Thanks for the video brotha!
Very well made video
Thank you
Thanks bro 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Love the music in this video!!
Thermal label printer is the best, cheap tear off thermal sticker labeled and you never have to buy ink, cut labels etc, saves you a ton.
I think the pandemic made shipping more expensive. I was able to pay $6.81 to ship first class until the postal worker realized i was missing from the address. Their mailers cost like $1.40 each, I went to walmart and got a pack of 12 for $5.77 that includes bubble wrap inside. Hope all goes well tomorrow.
Edit: distance around 150 miles
Thank you so much !
I ship dresses and I’m definitely going to use this method
THANKS LOVE!!
Great video!
Greatest video thank you bro
Appreciate the simple and thorough video on how to ship out shirts. Thank you. Definitely gave me some clarification on things.
Question..how and what did you use to create your own design? Did you use a personal designer to design your ideas or did you use software and did them on your own?
Awesome, glad it helped ya out! I design all of my own stuff using inkscape, illustrator, and or/photoshop.
@@emceewilliams how much money have you made doing this. Has it worked out 3 years later?
Hey Weill, thanks for the video. I spoke to you before on a different video and I am FINALLY starting to sell our Podcast t shirts this week. I use Squarespace to sell our shirts directly through our website and Im looking for the final piece of the puzzle, which is the best shipping. I have a couple questions I was hoping you could clear up if you don't mind? The videos on CZcams titled "best way to ship" are kinda all over the place, but it looks like you are doing it the way I am. My first question is, have you found any cheaper way than USPS since making this video? Second, will they come pick up at your business location if need be? Last, have you ever looked into a shipping label printer? I'd really like to go that route if possible. I think it looks more professional and will speed up the process. Any advice will be much appreciated! Thank you in advance. I cant tell you how much your videos have helped me.
I know I'm late but I'm digging what you doing bro. Thanks for elevating others through sharing knowledge. How did you get your own label on the shirts?
To put a custom label/size tag on shirts, you gotta find blank tees that have easily remove-able tags and then print your own custom tags with screen printing or DTG printing.
I think I am late
great video , bro !
Thanks dude!
13 ounces or less, USPS first class arrives 1-3 days.
Couple of dollars 2 👕 mailer.
today rate? 9.50?
Great job
Thanks this was very helpful but question how do you print the labels like where do you get their info to print on the labels
Hey man thanks for the video! If you ever need good unlicensed music for your videos, my band will whitelist you for all our songs! All we ask is that you mention us in the description below or on screen.
So did you set weight based shipping in shopify? Or do you use a different platform?
So this video was done a little over a year ago, what's the price estimated to be around now?
Hey great video very helpful, USPS has gon up in prices since this video so is this still your best option? Also which Rate would I pick in order to use only poly bags
if you don't have a crazy amount of orders try using PayPal multi-shipping
Where do u buy the sticky printing label papers to print them
thank you!
What do you select on click n ship for the package properties?
Thank you!
I have successfully (I hope) shipped 32 t-shirts in the last couple of months this way. 3 or 4 times now the postal counter clerk has told me it won't ship like this as it's not uniform and that it needs to be a package. So far I haven't had anything come back and all have been delivered. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this experience. And THANKS! for a great video - it's been incredibly helpful.
I think USPS has removed the click n ship option for First-Class Mail , Large Envelope. It has it as $3.20 but the click n ship says not available
Thanks bro
How do I apply my own postage though? Can I use stamps?? Every time I go to the USPS they end up charging me like $4-5 for a single shirt in a mailer like you have
Man, it just cost me $5.19 to ship a 9 oz shirt via First Class USPS to a town 15 minutes away! I could have driven there and hand-delivered it for cheaper! Grrrr.
lol ... i get you
Yeah, but you save time and gas by shipping it from home. That's 30min to and from....plus gas. You loose nothing.
Use pirateship.com
@@nicrobinson2252 Thank you for that sir :)
@@nicrobinson2252 Do you pay for the stamp in pirateship.com when creating a shipping label?
Can you buy these items individually at the post office??
If i was to ship a hat and shirt such as polyester material should use the same shipping process or something else?
I won't have my scale with me but I know the weight of my shirt I'm shipping can I just play it safe and go over what I think it would actually weigh?
Yea, I do that all the time. Just gotta make sure it stays under the First Class weight limit.
what do you need to put on the package to ship it? just the label?
Hi Emcee! I was wondering if you would share the size of the polymer bag you use? I just don’t want to buy every single bag size under the sun 🌞
Thank you
What’s is the measurements for the bags
🕓 Thank You.
A little clarification for anyone confused here.
1. Op says he uses "USPS First Class" mail at the start of the video, then later says he uses "USPS Click and Ship". First Class is not available via Click and Ship, but you can use Stamps.com for that. Click and Ship only allows for priority mail, which is more expensive.
2. Someone asked about the mailer bag size, he's put that in his description along with a helpful (and probably) affiliate link to purchase them. Don't try buying the mailers offline at an office store or shipping supply place. FedEx Office sells them for $2.99 each and no office supply stores I went to had them. You're best to order them online in bulk packs of 100 (about $0.10 / ea.) and it would be helpful to do it via his affiliate link :)
3. If you have WooCommerce you can connect to Stamps.com to print shipping labels right from the order section on the backend using a WordPress.com account and Jetpack. This method works for most but does crash on websites running plugins that use jquery.
Thank you! You've answered all my questions and cleared my confusion.
You can get those envelopes and boxes for free on usps website
Thank you. I've wondered about this. For a while I came to believe that Priority Mail was the only option, and I had no idea how people shipped cheaper than that. It makes so much more sense now.
How much do you think the clear bag and white bag and tape label weigh ??
Are the shipping mailers consider large envelopes and do we put the dimensions? Like how do we describe the packaging?
Can I ask where do you purchase your plastic poly bags?
Could u give us the direct link to make to order the shipping labels from usps?? I can’t seem to find it
Where did u but ur custom tags for ur shirt?
what’s the weight with the one shirt and the ship packing?
Good info! But, don't you already know the weight of the shirts before mailing them, again and again, and . . . ? If not, what shipping price do you put on the website?
I need to send about 10 shirts. Is it best to break the order up into 2 shirts per mailer bag or find aailer bag that is big enough for all 10 shirts?
Do you have to put it in the envelope thing?
Can you print a FIRST CLASS label from click n' print? I don't have that option.
How much does it cost you to ship the shirts?
does usps click and ship have first class mailing option?
Great video. Add the card to your packing tshirts vid so we don't have to search for the link.
How did you print out the shipping label.. any website or trough postal office .. I’m trying to cell my shirts no idea how to print out my labels
Where do you order your blanks?
Awesome! How do you ship your hats
I'll do a video on that soon!
Prior Navy Postal Clerk, U Right? It always flies. I’m trying to get started, so u know how I’m going to ship. USPS BigUps
So if I don’t have a scale and I want to ship it can I do it without a scale or what’s the down side
What if you have a lot of them to the same person how do you ship thag
Where do you get your tshirt poly bags?
Thank you! One quick question; Where do you get your mailers?
you can check uline.com and amazon
@@christossikes8409 Thank you Chris :)
How much does it cost you?
Good video
Hey man, just letting you know, your link to the poly bags now leads to a baby booger cleaner haha.
USPS click and ship will only let you choose priority shipping
if you have the shipping label printed on the package can you drop the shirt off in a drop box? or do you have to go in the post office still?
connor remy you can just drop the shirt off in a drop box
What about a link to where you get the shipping label stickers?
You can get em at Staples or anywhere really doesn't matter
Do you receive some type of mail delivery confirmation or proof the package reached its final destination mailing the t-shirts this way? Without having to pay an additional fee
yeah as long as you buy the shipping label online you get email updates about the package
Did USPS remove first class options when click n shipping? I can't seem to be able to get a first class shipping option on their website.
Yes, they removed that some time ago. Absolutely ridiculous. I now use PirateShip.com to do my shipping including 1st class. It is cheaper. too, because they give you commercial rates not retail rates (going into the post office.)
They let me calculate a price and the FC option is there, but when I'm ready to actually pay for and print the label; that option is gone. It cost me $8.00 to send a shirt that was 5oz!
Plastics we need to reduce the need for it - just don’t wrap it with plastic place directly in a paper type envelope - but thanks for the tip !
I'm not finding a first class option with Click n Ship. An 11 oz package is nearly $7 just to ship across Texas. Help?
EDIT: I shipped first class, USPS did NOT allow me to choose this option for click n ship aka print a label. I had to hand address the label, take it o the post office, and tell them first class. To ship a 6 Oz package was 4.90. I’m in Texas.
usps 1st class ships from hawaii also
Where do I get them mailer packages from? Thanks.
TAKEMONEY TV usps typically has them or they have them free on their website :)
Is that a 9x12 or 10x13 mailer?
What size is the mailer
Who do you use now to make your shirts
I use Printful and a screen printing shop called Threadbird.
What is the main purpose of the clear poly bags? Is it to keep the shirt uniform in the mailer? Otherwise it feels like an extra step. Thanks.
Did you ever figure out why
Lifesaver
The options online are only priority. My question is you said you print from home for a fiesta class. Is it because your account with usps is business and not personal?
Did you ever figure this out?
Click-N-Ship used to let you print 1st class. Now it doesn't. Don't use "stamps.com" It is expensive. The best thing to use if you are not going to print the label directly from ebay (or whatever platform you are selling on) is pirateship.com. It is free to use, and they give you a commercial discount on the postage. I am amazed at the people that will stand in line at the post office or will try to use that kiosk machine at the post office. It is a waste of time and money. You are being charged the most expensive retail price for your postage at the post office. Use pirateship.com
Lenny, I don't know if you ever got my message. Someone keeps deleting it. Answer to your question-No, this info in this video is old and out dated. There was a time where you could buy 1st class on USPS.com (ClickNShip) but they don't allow that option anymore. You can use pirateship.com to buy any postage you need including 1st class. Be sure to use a scale and always round up (10.4 oz--> buy 11 oz)
I was once told at the post office that the package can't be thicker than 1/4 of an inch to make it out priority mail...
Lol, what? Every package I ship USPS Priority is thicker than a 1/4"...
