thanks for watchin Steve. i've made vids like this in the past but its very hard to show everything going on with out posting the customers private info. hahaa so the vids i've made showing the dashboard always has to have blurs or my logo floating around to cover the personal info. which makes it hard to see whats goin on. hahaha if i can find a way to show it with out the restrictions i will.

When mailing, 3 measurements for the package is required in addition to the weight. What do you input for the 12x15.5 mailer that you have linked here? BTW, thanks for your videos, they are really answering alot of my questions.

Sup Brandoh, I bought transfer Express Hot Split in three colors, Black, Pink, and White. Black and Pink lay down perfectly, but for some reason the White ones are not lying down correctly at multiple settings, time, temp, and pressure. Have you ever experience this with White Hot Split transfers?

print the shipping label straight from my shopify store as the order comes in.
Hey Brando! I’m very new to this whole world of Vinyl Transfers and I’m having this small issue where when I press down with the heat press. the letters seem to move? Idk why they are moving. They are fine before I lay it down. What am I doing wrong? Pressure? Heat?
im not sure what your doin wrong. they shouldnt move around. when you weed up the vinyl the clear backing is usually sticky so it should stick to the sheet and the sheet should stick to the shirt. my guess is do you have a fan on while pressing? maybe the fan is blowing the vinyl around right before you close the press? what kind of vinyl are you using?

Is it cheaper to mail tshirts in your own shipping bags as apposed to shipping flat rate with USPS? Mahalo 🤙🏾
i havent used a flat rate box or envelope in a long time. usually priority shipping in a polymailer is around $7-$8 and first class in a poly mailer is $4-$5
Do they charge more on a bigger Poly Mailer via USPS?
USPS mainly charges based on weight when it comes to poly mailers.
a lot of information you leaving out, important too.

charge the customer exactly what it costs you to ship. weigh the 100 shirts in the box you plan on shipping them in. explore ups, fedex and usps prices and services. pick the ones that best fits your needs

shipping prices are out of our control. the couriers set their shipping rates based on weight. i use usps/post office. i make the customer pay 100% of the shipping.

Why do you use clear ploy then the black one?
for customer experience, extra layer of protection from post office dust and holds my stickers in there.

You don’t do custom neck tags?
only for 2 of my brands i use custom neck labels. for 2 of my other brands i dont do it. and for any youtube related merch i dont do it.
