This is really amazing! The storyline, the artwork and especially the song it all fits perfectly!! The way Marinette apologized to luka is very emotional same with Adrien apologizing to Kagami. Still though It hurts to see luka and kagami enduring the pain because we all know how it hurts to see the one we love already loves someone else but no matter how hurt it is to let them go you still need to be happy for them, at least you get to be with them when they needed you the most, you know you did your best so be happy for them and for sure you'll be happy someday.
Another side note: Gabriel's story is also sad but beautiful, he finally realizes how wrong he is. Yes, it's hard losing the one you love but it's also hard losing the one's who love you (like Nathalie and Adrien)

I feel so bad for Kagami. The whole fandom hates her just cause she’s with Adrien, but I really hope we get to see her develop and move past her insecurities. I honestly love her, so this makes me really sad.
@@ElizabethLopez-ef7lu I know for me its the same because Kagami knows that Marinette likes Adrien and says she wants to be friends with Mari but still goes after Adrien?? Like that is not in the girl code,, for me and my friend we both agree that, "whoever saw him first gets him" and it seemed like a mean move for her to go after Adrien knowing Marinette has been trying for longer. I also liked the fact that at one point in season 3 that I think Alya mentioned "the boys get to choose too y'know" or something like that when referring to Luka and Adrien. Adding on to the fact that Kagami shouldn't be too pushy about Adrien and let him make his choice rather than kind of forecfully push herself onto him like with the k i s s.. Those are really the only reasons I don't like her, not necessarily because Kagami gets in the way of AdrienxMarinette but because of the way she acts really.
I personally think it's because it's easy to project the viewer's own insecurities on Kagami than Luka. I can 100% remember a girl just like Kagami when I was in middle school and every time I see Kagami on screen I just 8)))) my brain screams bloody murder. Also, Luka gets all the objectively good traits and is not framed as Adrien's rival, while Kagami is antagonized and almost vilified by the narrative in canon, which is also not fair for her.
I personally don’t hate Kagami, I just think she’s a little too pushy for Adrien. He’s just getting over ladybug (attempting to) and she is kinda forcing the relationship onto him. No hate on Kagami though, I just would like her a little more if she wasn’t so pushy and direct towards people she cares about.
its not just that we dont like kagami because she is with adrien, its also becuase adrien never actually confirmed her feeling for her, like in that scene where kagami tried to kiss him and he said he backed away. also there was a scene in the frozer episode where kagami knew mari was looking at adrien, and she kissed him on the cheek purpously trying to hurt mari. i dont think she deserves mari, and ofc i want her to become a better person but as of now shes not exactly a great character.
@@emily-yq4tf If you’re gonna come at Kagami for kissing Adrien when he wasn’t feeling it, then you should also denounce Marinette along with her for the entire puppeteer 2 episode. Everyone always brings up the whole “but it’s girl code not go for another girl’s man”, but it’s also girl code to support other girls regardless of which boy they like, and almost none of the female audience for this show does that, they just rip apart Kagami. You don’t need to love her, but admit that the animosity you hold is a deeper issue caused by society pinning girls against each other for men. This comment isn’t directly towards you emily coyle, just the general audience that disregarded everything about supporting other girls, all for boys.

Every time I watch this, I only start crying when Luka turns.. I really feel bad for him, I feel like he’s hiding something that we can’t see.. If this really happens in the show, I hope Luka and Kagami find love for each other. Or just find their soulmate.

When Luka started crying, my heart broke. I love him and Marinette together, but I love Adrienette too. Fantastic video. I love your art style!
Honestly I wouldn’t be mad at this happening in the show and luka and kagami end up comforting each other and learning that they like each other, because honestly luka and kagami would be so cute together. There personalities are so laid back but in different ways. Luka’s just a chill dude who cares about his family and friends, while kagami’s more quiet and an all over respectful and kind character (I might be wrong but that’s just how I see her, like she’s kind to people like adrien and her mother). In my eyes there perfect for each other, but I wouldn’t be mad if they just became friends tbh.
It would make sense if Luka and Kagami ended up together. I think they're made for each other like Adrien and Mari are

Adrien and Mari are Yin and Yang, they're perfect for each other
Since Luka and Kagami are both also Yin and Yang, they'd fit together perfectly like Adrien and Mari
Luka is sweet and simple, Kagami is more poised. He could get her to show her soft and calm side, relax her. We know he'd treat her well if he liked her, if she liked him she'd do her best to treat him right in return.

There is only one reason I cant fully get on board with that. And it's because to me them getting together almost feels like their replacing marinette and Adrien. It's like a repeat of what we just saw. Marinette and adrien used kagami and luka as replacements. Idk it's cute and they compliment each other but I just couldn't forget that so easily.
I've seen this headcanon a lot and I like in theory, but is it just me or I really can't see how that would work? Maybe it's the fault of bad writing, but I honestly cannot see them together. Their interests are so different, and not to mention their temperaments. I get the feeling that Luka is too chill and Kagami too assertive. Luka would probably drive Kagami mad with his "let things play out" attitude. But hey, I live to be corrected 🤠

This is what made me cry: Luka didn’t argue or fight with Marinette saying “he’s not good enough for you” Luka let her go. He LOVES her that much to not get in the way of her happiness, even if that means he’s the one that ends up heart broken.

I like this approach. Mature, respectful and just as heartbreaking. I always thought that Lukanette was sweet. Adrigami's a little bit on a waters testing out phase for me. However, I think that between these side ships, I always felt like Adrigami ship will end is more painful for both Adrien and Kagami. Kagami's always been strong and stoic, but I am afraid that her strong persona hides a very insecure personality. Between Luka and Kagami, I felt like emotionally, Luka will be alright, in a sense that he's mature and emotionally stronger in handling things like that. But Kagami, who's used to a strong front and hard work will make her win over anything will be stumped at emotional heartbreaks. I personally think that being able to accept defeat is something she found the hardest.
But hey, Chances are, the show will either downplay it, or do stuff that might throw off some people. like usual

Personally i feel like while she encourages Adrian to be bolder, Kagami's strong uncompromising personality could possibly conflict with Adrians feelings of being controlled in his day to day like. Meanwhile while Luka is a soft and sweet guy who could be good to Marinette he also plays thing really safe. They would be really good together but i dont think either of them would grow from the relationship. They would just fall into a settled peace which is lovely and rare but Adrain and Marinette not only complement eachother they sharpen one another. They banter and encourage eachother to grow but also understand teamwork uniquely as a pair.

This is by far one of the best animatics that I have watched, and I watch a TON of them. Your timing of the change of facial expressions with the music was great! You kept your art simple but clean, and not every person that does an animatic will erase their base lines and in my opinion that's very distracting, but you kept all your scenes nice and neat, which helps the viewer receive the storyline better.
Also your storyline legit had me in tears! You had the relationships between Adrian and Kagami and Luka and Marinette working so well and their goodbyes to each other were so heartfelt. But then, just as I thought this was only going to be a Adrienette animatic you fit Gabriel and Natalie in there. That's when I lost it. 😭
So, I give this animatic a 10/10! 👏👏👏

That last scene really did me in... I came close to crying throughout the whole thing but that scene with Gabriel and Natalie... the tears just fell and wouldn't stop.
when Adrien broke up with kagami i cried so hard. she just tried so hard and even after he told her she still wanted to make it work. And when he said she would be strong, I was sobbing. To be honest I kinda don't ship them but this was heartbreaking.

Tbh lukanette is a way healthier relationship but then again marinette and Adrien have more history together Adrien says she’s just a friend in front of her because he probably doesn’t want to make her uncomfortable they’ve been beside eachother not even knowing it Adrien knows the other half of marinette and he doesn’t realize it, marinette has seen the other side of Adrien but doesn’t know that, Luka barley knows marinette sure he’s been there for her but so has Adrien in both personalitys, as chat noir and Adrien so that’s why I prefer adrienette they have a strong bond:) thanks for taking yo time reading this, and adrientte would probs go on because even master fu said it the day he gave her the umbrella master fu said “those two are made for each other” so uH yeaH:)) tho I do ship lukanette hardcore

I totally loved the contrast between Luka being calm during the confession and then sobbing afterwards (his expression killed me it was so good) and Kagami crying during the confession and then being calm afterwards. It really shows their personalities and how they each feel for Marinette and Adrien! Well done!

Luka and kagami are good characters. Sure they're mainly there for love squares and stuff but they're still real characters and I feel for them.
This is the price to pay for adrian and mari to be happy. It's sad but that's the cost.
In all honesty though I would be ok with lukanette and adrigami just because luka and kagami are likeable characters that I hope stick around even if adrian and Mari get together. =)

I can't stop crying. This video made me feel so many emotions at the same time. This is beautiful. The fact that you can spend years of your life with someone and only realise that those feelings are gone or that you don't feel that way towards that person anymore after it's all done already scares me so much. Also, when you love someone who doesn't feel the same for you, and is in love with someone else, but you can't hate them, because it's not their fault and even tho it's not with you, it's still love, and it's beautiful. This video is just perfect. And I love the way Marinette talked to Luka. It made me feel warm even tho I was sad.
