3/4 cup of melted butter (180g).
1 medium egg.
1 egg yolk.
3/4 cup of sugar (150g).
8g of vanilla sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
~ 3/4 cup of cornstarch (100g).
4 cups of milk (1liter).
~ 1/2 cup of cocoa powder (50g).
~ 1/2 cup of butter (100g).
10-12 biscuit pieces.
dried apricots pieces.
150g of dark chocolate.
3 tablespoons of whipping cream (45ml).

Looks amazing, although would swap out the apricots for nuts eg walnuts/pecans. I love dried apricots, just not in this recipe, thanks for sharing ❤
