Yeah this game was pretty sick in that way. The first and only (if I am not mistaken) GTA game where you could actually go into debt. It's possible because of the casino, and actually the more in debt you get the more frequently the Mafia assassins appear to try to kill you.

Your theory is incorrect. I live in the mountains of Colorado and during the summer months, pelicans come up here to the fresh water to vacation. Have seen them in all the local lakes and reservoirs.
Sunday evenings used to be horrible, now I look forward to them every week!!

It’s the mobile port btw , so it looks cheap af. The PS2 version looks better in it’s own way. Cursed fact, this port was made by the same guys that made the Definitive Edition, and the backlash was so bad they changed the name of the company.
