Instant calm and peace Irene. I listen to your different sound baths as I go to sleep, then first thing in the morning and sometimes during the day when I'm working on projects around home. Wonderful combinations and I feel safe they are healthy frequencies and not some AI generated compilation that I'm not sure is for all of our highest good. 😍😇

Yesterday something magical happened. For the first time in my life I successfully activated my vagus nerve by myself. I did that by leaning my weight forward against a chair while standing up and kind of doing the cobra yoga pose. I then started to slightly rotate my upper body so that I could feel (and hear!) my spine movement mostly behind and around my heart and lungs. I instantly felt warm energy flowing from within through the "cracks" in my rib cage reaching places it did not reach for a very long time. I felt amazingly warm and comforted yet energized and agile. Now CZcams recommended this video to me this morning and I felt the impulse to share my experience. This truly is what the world collectively needs to break free the chains of old systems that were never meant to serve us. I hope more and more people are waking up to this truth and how you can move through it with resilience and ease. I wish everyone the best of luck in furthering their healing journey and want to thank you, Irene, for your amazing healing presence here and all that you do for us. ❤️

@@lilianamejia7643 it is isn't it. Mind body spirit. Sad part is humans are the most destructive things on this planet. And most people are so selfish they don't even realize what they are doing. ( sorry to be a buzzkill ) it just floors me the capabilities we have but yet so many choose to do negative insted of positive.
1,000%!! This sounds so incredibly wonderful… I’ve had back issues most of my life and a lot of stuff with my lungs and heart over the last 10 or 15 years after a really bad infection. I love to get my back, opened up and adjusted every so often I’ve had a really good Session that made me feel way similar to what you’re describing here, not quite as far as the vagus nerve, but that warm, flowing, expanding energy again feeling it go into places it hasn’t been before. Thank you for sharing this! From California, USA. (With some German roots!)
